- This enormous mansion built in the 1980s was once a home filled with memories and an extensive family, but now it sits empty as nature takes its exterior as its own. Although on the inside it sits untouched. Giant rooms, beautiful staircases and a indoor pool await you in this video!

Glad you guys are digging this mansion! If you enjoyed leave a like and let me know, would you move into this house? What do you like / dislike ?
See you in the next adventure 🤙
I love the layout and high ceilings. I would move into it. Awesome job on this exploration.
Best 1 yet!!
Only if it came with 50 maids & butlers.
I love how you can always tell the age of a house by the bathrooms and the kitchen appliances.
Always
His and hers master bedrooms
When you look at enough houses you learn period decor. I do genealogy and an forever pouring over old pics and maps and i can tell when houses were built now. There are distinct time frames.
Same for clothing styles. Hair styles. Cars is a great example.
yeah but it could b a house built in 1960 completely remodeled in 1990, so u never really know dude.
...And whether it was ever occupied. I notice the light sockets & power outlets in the living room are just holes in the wall with wires sticking out. My guess is the owner ran out of money to complete the mansion, or his business went into difficulty. And so the mansion was left unfinished.
I love how you treat these homes with such reverence and thoughtfulness.
All the woodwork looks like Teakwood which is *very* expensive. And, it's all over that house....amazing! 😱
the house is GORGEOUS I'd love to live in a place like that
Beautiful house. So glad it has not been vandalized
I haven't seen so much electric baseboard heating since I stopped living in apartments. Probably abandoned it because he couldn't afford to heat it.
I can't help but imagine moving my entire family in that place! And still have space left over! So beautiful! Great find!
Makes you wonder why it wasn’t sold or why no one lives there. Such a waste. The place is still beautiful 😢
Someone owns it. Most times they run out of money or they get sick or a pandemic happens lol.
I knew of a cool old house that remained vacant for 12 years. The owner’s relatives said it was because he was in a nursing home. IDK if he was refusing to let them sell it, or if it had to do with other legalities, but eventually one of his relatives moved in & a year later it was bulldozed. That was so long ago that it has reverted into woods.
Most Americans have to sell their assets to be able to afford to live nursing home or become eligible for government assistance.
electricity was too expensive
@@sunshine3914 Most Americans also can't afford a multi-million dollar house and all the expenses that come with it.
The thing many people miss regarding properties like this is overall cost of ownership. Very few can afford the cost of a house like this alone. Even if they were to sell at a discount, very few people can even afford the costs of taxes, insurance, maintenance, fixing the mold and other water damage, etc. You could also be looking at a situation where the owner is elderly, has had to move, and is unwilling to sell the property; that's often why properties like this sit. By the time the owner agrees to sell, passes, etc, the property is much too decayed and damaged to find a buyer.
No one has lived here,it’s far too clean. Was probably built in the 80s to launder dirty ca$h.The indoor pool is so so sick ! Excellent video 👍
Unfortunately, I don't think any parties were ever thrown there... except maybe by some kids who broke in & had a few beers by the fireplace at 14:25. The place doesn't have any signs of being lived in. There are unpainted patches of wall & holes where power outlets, light fixtures, and switches should be. It looks likely that this mansion was unfinished, and the owners never moved in....
I love this house. Sometime I don’t understand how these houses are abandoned
That's an amazing place. Always great to see places that haven't been damaged with graffiti and whatnot. Makes it easier to picture the rooms with furnishings. Another great find man! Thanks for sharing.
Really cool house, love all the natural light and wood.
I would spend all my time in that indoor pool area. Love it!
Just found your channel! I LOVE abandoned mansion videos, and I have to agree this is the coolest indoor pool. I like that this house isn’t totally dilapidated. It kinda makes it even more eerie lol Can’t wait to watch more from you, great video!
Rainy FLA.day.Catching up on your videos! All high quality! 👍
What a fab find, I hope it doesn’t get trashed 🥺
I love y’all’s videos so much!! I really got into exploring abandoned places about a year and a half ago. I found your channel only a few months ago and it always reminds me why I love going to these places!
Those Kohler Rochelle toilets are awesome, as is the rest of the place, I wanna buy it!
Doesn't it make you sick? Problem is these mansions are so overly custom designed, it's usually its downfall. Sadly, I'll bet a developer buys it to tear it down and build a multi-unit condo. Too bad you don't know the full back story, original price, who lived here, their profession and such. I for one, (as most of us) would have to hit a BIG lottery just to maintain this place, never mind, taxes and utilities and of course the purchase price! BTW, thanks for the video, it's the best quality and your smooth easy going demeanor is way better than the "other" abandoned home tour CZcams channels out there, you know who they are! Thanks! I'll LIKE it and subscribe. Keep up the good work.
Nice find guys, enjoyed this one . Keep them coming as you can.
Gosh, love that place. I'd take it as is. Just clean and repair and a few little updates. So much natural light. Awesome 😍
@pinnedby Dark ExpIoration FiIm FAKE ID. SHAME ON YOU
Now, that is my dream kitchen! And I would love to have an indoor pool. This place is awesome, except for the black mold.
They were TSW Rims, the huge sticker saying 'TSW' was the give away!
I'd want both lol, that is one hell of a mansion though, you would almost need walkie talkies just to be able to locate everyone within that house lol.
Pool was empty thank god because Indoor pools are never a good idea in my opinion it just leads to mold in the walls but someone put some serious money into this mansion I dig this place and this video. I seen other explorers do this home long after you did and it was so destroyed so to see it this way was extremely satisfying your calm and collect and very respectful of the area you are exploring which always brings me back for the next videos
That Place is amazing Hardly Looks Lived in I hope some one Buys it
Amazing find...Indoor Pool for me..well actually, I'm greedy and want the lot!
Beautiful home. It must be looked after because there would be garbage and signs of homeless and druggies in a place like this. Doesn't even look dusty. I totally love the pool, what a great place to hang with friends and family and cold brews. Thanks guys :o)
WO!W! What an amazing mansion. Great video and I love the indoor pool, kitchen and that spiral staircase. Too bad it’’s’ abandoned. It looks in great shape. Thanks for the video.
Damn I missed it premiering!!! I always love chatting to people in mine and would have loved to get the chance to chat and watch! Never mind, hopefully next time!! Will watch properly on TV when hubby is home, this is one of the few channels we can watch together lol!
What on earth are you on about?
OH MY LORD !! My Dream House ;) I LOVE THIS BEAUTIFUL HOUSE
This is an awesome way to start the weekend! Thank you @Dark Exploration Films ! 🌸✌️💜
Surprised the skateboarders haven't found that pool yet. When I was a kid (in the 70's 😬) we would have been shredding in there as soon as the people moved out. I guess they have actual skate parks nowadays tho... Edit: great videos.
Hello I like when you find abandoned mansions that don’t have any decay or barley any damage to it. Makes you wonder why they had to abandoned the mansion. Also why no one has ever did anything with the mansion. Have a good day. 😀🙂
I’m sure they did not pull a B&E to get in. They were let in I’m sure. Its for sale.
Sneaking into an old hospital or factory is on thing. Forcing entry is another. Again, they were let in
@@jspriver Maybe it was just left unlocked and they walked straight in?
House / mansion videos are my favorite of yours. Your channel is my favorite . You are the favorite 🤟🏻
Thank god its still in mint condition n not vandelised....would be nice to be able to live there...should convert to an AirBnB ..
What a find, this is awesome, how clean is this place, loving that stairway/case, so spacious too, why would anyone want to leave it? You asked about which one would you have the pool or the jacuzzi, it's the pool all the way for me, would love a pool especially one as nice as that. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful video, absolutely loved it. (UK)
Oh can imagine the parties that happened in that shower 🤪😂😂😂
I can imagine the Pool Parties that went on before heading to that Shower🤗🤭🤫💦
I bet you would 🤣😂
no it was a vicar who lived alone LoL
Looks like it was a steam room.
Steam room definitely smelt of ass.
Amazing place!!! So big and expensive.
What kind of something big?
Love this video, Love all the wood, Loving your videos, Just found you so now working through them but loving cinemas, bowling alleys and such like that... Keep em coming.
The fake plants look more dead than the real ones
This home is beautiful!
Love this video buddy and hope you are having a good day
Beautiful house. A shame it's being left to rot.
Gotta love the phone outlet next to the toilet 🤣 makes the house look dated , still beautiful...
Of all the homes you've done, and all the other Urbexer's I follow? I could see me living here. Only small changes. Dang love the layout.
Not because it's a mansion. Just love the layout and all the wood
Thank you
I really like the view down onto the staircases!
Beautiful mansion! Love the pool! Really enjoyed your video.
Amazing video, I love that you opened the fridge and went in the Attic ☺️
I am very curious to see what this property looked like being fully equipped. It was certainly remarkable. The good quality has aged beautifully. I'm not a fan of grey or black in interiors, but I could live there. I was enthralled by almost everything, except for that big bathroom, but that's because of the colours.
With the complete lack of furniture/ personal effects, I get the impression that the house was custom-built for someone who never moved in.
Wow beautiful home. What a shame. Great explore as always 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Good find! Enjoy your videos and your calm narration.
Awesome explore, thank you man really appreciate it 🙏👍😎
One of Your Best to date Thankyou young Sir ! xo.
Loved this one. Great work
What a gorgeous mansion 😍❤. I love 💘 everything about this. Take care 🙂💕💜❤💓
Wow, what a place. Very nice. Thanks
Thanks I find your uploads fascinating.
That kitchen is amazing
I'm jealous you go guys find all these awesome places. Around here all the abandoned places are crack dens full of bedbugs, roaches, and dirty syringes.
cant believe people left this place.
Always a great show!
Love the kitchen!
A great video and a great place! 🧚🧙🦋👍🕊️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
If you ever come to Kentucky lmk! This place is gorgeous! Awesome content as always! 😊
Wow gorgeous
Beautiful 😍
Great tour, thanks
the bathroom with just the sink might be for make-up application and hair styling.
I would seriously kill to live in that house, I would pay however much they wanted. I can’t see how these people moved out
Close to 1,000,000 probably lmfao
I would suspect that the owners passed away of old age, would love to live in the house also :)
I wish I could research these places. :-(
I doubt anyone actually ever moved in ...
Beautiful
Beautiful mansion. I love big bathrooms & kitchen. This mansion isnt my style. Great video ❤😊
I would so buy this mansion it is so beautiful.
It’s beautiful, I feel like it really wouldn’t take much to fix it up. The basement is the only part of the house you’d have to spend the most on.
Even that wouldn't be a lot.
Relaxing.
You should team up with the Proper People Urbanx channel again!
This is a modern mansion that is actually nice, tasteful, well designed, well built, and not overdone. So many modern mansions are just tacky, poorly built, and poorly designed McMansions.
The woodwork is also nice.
Some older, pre-World War II era mansions can also be tacky and overdone, but at least they tend to be well built and well designed with impressive woodwork.
nice thanks for sharing
That's one big house and look like the owner like hundreds of spotlights and switches?! 🤪😀
14:09 - you can see missing spindles on both side of the staircase.
19:35 - look like it used to be 2 rooms and they removed walls / doors and turn into 1 room? Can also see the patches on the walls too.
Baseboard heat, wow!
This is far from totally abandoned and not decaying
..some one still has a hold on this my friend.
Thank you for saying, I was also thinking
I'd love to experience the party shower 😂
Amazing and sad
I had some friends years ago back in 2000 move into a house unexpected as it was foreclosed and abandoned knowing they had to pay the taxes and back taxes i believe, and eventually the owned it legally because they paid the back taxes and kept up with the new taxes on it, he actually made a profit when he sold it 10 years later to the new owners. Not sure if this is still something that is doable today but many people did not and do not know about this loophole.
Very well done. Your videos are amazing. What a waste of a place though. Hate when they sit just to rot. So many do w out. Best wishes
NIce!
✨they would just YEET themselves off✨
Love your videos 🤣💛
The one room with the fireplace had drywall that was sanded but not painted.
Most people do tend to live in a place until they move out. :-P
The dining room glass window reminded me of the Wendy's restaurant glass patio areas
And I think the rims were a BMW or Acura brands
so question any idea why these places get abandoned ?
Your intro music is so dope
Nice
See if I was homeless this is the kind if place I would look for lol I'd even try to improve it as I went along and I wouldn't tell a soul. I'd secure it and keep it safe and looked after and maybe the owners would never return and it would be mine lol
That is one clean wood floor
I was a bit surprised the power wasn’t on in this house, just to keep the ventilation system going.
Hamten bay lights are sold at home depot I know.
