- In todays video I take you through an abandoned $1.4 million dollar mansion built in 1990. We couldn't find any information on an owner but from the looks of it this home looks like it may have built to be a bachelor pad it is 8800 soft with 6 beds and 9 very unique bathrooms, tons of entertainment space, a beautiful spiral staircase and a HUGE indoor pool.

@@j4m32hz6 this house needs brought I first the 21st century and secondly into this decade. Just to live in it it needs the spiral staircase replaced as a tread is broke (propped up with a 4x4), electrics sorted, air con /pump room sorted it was soaking wet, check pool and pipework condition and replace as needed, decking ripped out not safe, new hob, bathrooms replaced, floor resurfaced throughout esp bedroom that had 1/3 replaced?, water heaters serviced/replaced, damp sorted, find root cause for mould and rectify the problem, re-landscape the gardens, check all fireplaces and chimneys. That's without taking a good look at the place and I bet you would be looking at £250,000 depending upon what needs replaced you could be at £1mill or more if the pool is to redo.
I think it was cleaned up likely was shown thru Real Estate co. And shown to several ppl
that's a heck of a bargain for 1.4 million! Even replacing the deck and problem areas for under 1.5

I am 63 and some of those young guys, out there, doing these videos, are all over the place……just wanted you to know that. I'm only 9 minutes into this one, and I can tell you I think this is the BEST one you've toured yet! I am so impressed with this home! It is so beautiful and in almost perfect condition! That's almost unheard of! Bring in a cleaning crew (and maybe a new refrigerator - I wouldn't want that one with the mold in it - even if it were cleaned) and you'd be good to go! So far - awesome!!
Such a beautiful place! Hopefully someone with money can snatch this place up and keep up with it. Would suck for it to just start decaying away.

This home is gorgeous with a lot of expensive materials. I've never seen so many windows or rooms. I can only imagine the holidays and parties that took place in that home. If you ever needed some time to yourself, you'd have no problem finding a space in there to be all alone.

I'm surprised there's not an elevator in this large of home. Can you imagine carrying the groceries from the garage to the kitchen?
In a massive home like this, I doubt the owner shops for groceries. They're probably delivered or staff takes care of it.

That room upstairs that needed painting I think is the Master bedroom, the tiles in the bathrooms is called travertine tiles. Very high end.

I think those 2 rooms you called bedrooms are actually offices because modern bedrooms have closets and neither one of those rooms had one.

Such a beautiful place. Oh that kitchen & pool! I bet that huge closet was connected to master bedroom. I wonder if it didn’t sell because of electric heat. The cost of that alone would be astronomical. I lived n a huge home with electric heaters in upstate NY. Crazy expensive. We put wood burning stoves into all the fireplaces. Stay safe

The room upstairs that you thought was a living room/ entertainment room is actually the master bedroom. It has a little area overlooking that huge downstairs room. Another explorer did this home and the way he filmed it you could see it was the master. Also the other guy who filmed this showed some areas in the basement that had mold so I wonder if it had flooded at some point. If so you never know what lerks behind the walls.

I think the upstairs room with the fireplace and all the walk in closets is the master bedroom. The rest were the kids. The two small rooms on the main floor were not bedrooms cause they didn’t have closets. Maybe small his and her offices? Still a beautiful house. Hope it finds someone to love it!

Great stone fireplace…. If it had been for sale that is why there were the signs do not walk on deck. Too bad maintenance isn’t being done to prevent decaying. Kitchen is AWESOME! chefs kitchen.. great family room.. I dislike spiral stairways.., main living room is too large.. this is more a business meeting place than a family home…. I believe I saw this home on a video of an explorer.. Thanks for the explore.

Beautiful home especially for the price. Loved all the woodwork and natural light throughout. They really put the money into those bathrooms! I think you're right in that they prioritized the space into all of the common areas for entertaining guests. I was surprised at how small the bedrooms looked to be considering the size of the home though. I guess they must not have spent much time sleeping between entertaining guests LOL. Newer homes can have their charms too. It's all in the details and craftsmanship for me and that stuff is usually what gets cut out of newer homes due to costs.

Someone definitely spent a good bit of time and money customizing this home and for 1.4 mil that seems pretty reasonable even in the current state. I don't know what area it's in but near where we live, you can't get a mansion w/ indoor pool and that amount of beds/baths for that price. Can you imagine even a normal 4 person family living in that house. Almost too much space. I'm guessing the family that lived there was bigger than normal

A lot of times these days. The husband and wife have separate bedrooms. This seems to be the case here. Beautiful house. It just kills me to see them sitting empty. Houses are meant to be lived in. Also this one has hot water heat. 💧 I don't like that. As you saw the water in the basement. But the boiler and all the pool pumps and filters were in the same room. Another great house. Thanks!
Where I live this place would go for far more than $ 1,400,000.
