樂樂媽,我的作法是將白蘿蔔,切成大小不拘的塊狀,找一個廣口瓶,將蘿蔔塊直接放進瓶子裡,將紫蘇梅汁倒入,梅汁高度約是蘿蔔塊的八分滿,將廣口瓶上加一張乾凈的pvc 袋子,然後將蓋子鎖緊後,上下搖一搖,讓蘿蔔塊表面都沾上紫蘇梅汁。直接放入冰箱冷藏,約第四天完全入味,再把它搖一搖,用乾的筷子夾一些出來吃,甘甜爽脆,夏天也可以倒一些梅汁出來喝,滋味特別清涼又解渴。老師,您可以試試看喔!
