Thrall feels OP after the last rework, but I guess it's a habit for LF to ignore it. It has been quite overpriced for way too long. But yeah, Thrall over TS for sure.
They steal 10% attack speed from a unit every 2 seconds I believe. Timestealer itself adds that speed to his attacks up to 10 times so up to 100% bonus attack speed for him.

I think you should have went warchief frontline, timestealers work well with good frontline

Why don't you ever mass pds? I've seen some ppl mass that occasionally, the ammount of summons was ridiculous not even 30 was breaking that shit 😅
What determines whether leaked creeps give bounty? How many were leaked?
How many were leaked in total on previous waves and current value of the player.
