Worked for me 2016 tacoma, you’re the man.
You made the perfect video, and it fixed my issue after replacing my worn-out shocks that had 93k miles on my 2016 TRD Sport with TRD PRO Bilsteins that had only 6k miles. It ended up lifting it about 1.5-2".

So ran into this issue after jumping my truck. The cam bolt slipped and the cam tab gussets were wrecked. Got new welded tabs and hex cam tabs that lock into the welded cam tabs. dealership wants $200 to recalibrate my VSC. If this works I will have spent less than a dollar on the wires at Lowe’s for what the dealership is charging $200.
double check the video thats linked here, the other guy does a better job explaining the procedure.

Thanks for the heads up on the traction control reset, just had this code pop up after replacing both LCA's today. Also the flexi-head extension hack is definitely the best thing I've encountered in a while. Most of the times I end up using tape which does'nt always go over so well.

i think you might be able to push the start button only once with your foot off of the brake.

Did you had problems when driving when the light came on cuz i have a isuzu dmax and when the esc light comes on while the car shift in gear it shifts hard.
I did not drive the truck when the light came on. I immediately parked the truck.

Had the same problem on mine when i put my zone lift on. Not sure if leveled ground matter cuz i did mine on my driveway.

Where you put the wire on the bottom mine does not have metal inside, it’s empty :/
try digging around under the dash. sometimes the factory will tape the connector up.
On the 4th hole there’s no fuse
It works for 4cl 2.7 ?

yes the truck is a 2016 3rd gen. also check the link in the description. the other guy has a video that i followed. just take your time and it will take more than one try to get the timing right.

I would assume that toyota used the same electrical system in their line up. Also check the video in the link, the other guy goes into more detail.

@MrSeth166 This didn't work. I have a friend that is a mechanic. He has a high dollar scan tool. He used it to clear this and several more codes that I had. Been good ever since now.

Didn’t work for me but I heard that some 19s and all above it doesn’t work? My solution was a local shop who hooked up a fancy scanner and did it for me. They didn’t charge me but told me the alignment shop should have done it for me when I got my alignment done. But didn’t need to go to Toyota and pay $200 bucks haha

Probably he doesn't know how to use the scanner...

Theres more info in the link bellow. Theres a guy with even more printed details. It also took me three tries to get the timing correct.
