I miss British cream. Here in Sweden we basically just have "Cooking cream" (which tastes weird and artificial) and "Whipping cream" (just a watery/thin low quality cream). Give me the real full fat stuff!

For those who use Imperial measurements, her casserole dish is about 10" by 11". However, once could probably just eyeball a dish to see if it is about right.

Yeh we also have bread pudding which is different but maybe the same or similar to yours. This is a bread and butter pudding which is completely different.

It works well if you use hot cross buns instead of the bread. The hot cross buns already have mixed peel in them so it's just YUM.
