We don't pay any income tax and if you actually check we have poor even in tier1 and 2 and tier1,2 poor is having more problems compare to rural poor if you check out inflation and expenses comparison to rural and urban. Ex. 2bhk house in my Village 4kp.m vs 2bhk in urban area a simple one 15k p.m and similar is with education and other stuff also
bro 2BHK for 15k is still fine. Here it starts from 35k
