Fixed, Its because I had a larger battery and different cords than in video. The cord I had to unplug was grey and had two wired on one side. There was also a white wire which was a single wire and was already disconnected when I opened up the scooter. Perhaps this is because the same components where used.
I think all the minis have the same top speed but the 13ah is more of a leisure cruiser because in top gear it cains the battery down fast. Ok for short fun blips but you’ll find you mostly use it in mid gear to save battery. Mid gear fine around cycle trails city and things anyway still a decent speed but if you want to go flat out on open roads all the time get the 17ah or 21 ah one.
On the newest version of the Dualtron Mini, the speed limiter is now on the LCD display, you have to open it and there's a super micro switch to flip, it's explained in the second half of this video : czcams.com/video/qEw3QUN4J2o/video.html
that means the speed limiter is in the throttle. at the back you can open a cover and underneath, there is a switch you should deactivate. than the speed limiter is off.
@Pirata Malo you don’t need to disconnect the grey cable.you just need to flip the switch inside the throttle. Once you open the throttle (screw underneath a sticker) you will find a very small switch on the electrical board. You just need to use that switch. I did it with a big needle but you could use your nails instead…
Hi I have a dualtron mini 17ah and I’d like to know what the top speed will be after taking off the limiter.. because I’ve flipped the switch and the scooter went 16mph no more after doing that. Originally the scooter does 30mph! And I’ve unplugged the grey wires.. ?? Any suggestions Thanks man

ive got a 2022 Dualtron Mini, its a month old and it does 27 to 35 MPH (depending on conditions road, wind direction etc) without unplugging this restriction
Want my advice don't bother waste your time with this the mini is naturally fast enough and by doing this you are risking damaging your scooter as it was not designed to do what this guy is showing you. Makes no sense guys
you are not correct. You should NOT post about things you are ignorant about. This scooter is DESIGNED to go 32mph... not 15.... the speed limit wire is for fascist countries like Canada
Sad ya gotta hack what ya buy to get what was advertised,then when ya get it ya got it but face law enforcement and if ya don't get caught you either get broken bones or it gets stolen,to me a scooter is a girl ypu can't use or have fun with.They should open a designated track and have people take courses based on driving skill and they pay for the day,it would be legal and road rage would be cut by 80%😁

That depends on where you bought it and what happens afterwards. If you unlock it and your lights won’t function it should be no issue.

I have delimited my dualtron mini. Is there a setting in ey3 to show less speed though?
Switch to MPH, also you can adjust setting P0 which is for Speedometer calibration

You need to flip the switch in the ey3 too
