I bought ashwghanda in chewable for last year, stopped using it because it felt like it was making me depressed more but recently just found out that one of my meds was making me depressed and was thinking about trying the ashwghanda again
I’ve never heard of the chewable ones. It’s a great herb but definitely test out what works for you!
