All information provided in good way and with proper site reference. Only the last section about chemical anchoring, I seriously feel is a site mistake if the below column was also casted as new column. There are different ways to reduce the column sizes and start the new reinforcement. Also they are only anchoring upto slab thickness which is not safe if the chemical anchoring is not properly designed by structural designer. As per my knowledge, the new bars should start from the bigger column (column below) and should be extended atleast L/4 depth. This is the anchorage length or as per the structural design. If they are adding the floor after completing the construction for long time, then the chemical anchoring is OK, but still there should be proper structural design for chemical anchoring. There are softwares like Sika or Fischer or Hilti......keep up the good work.

Some remarks regarding HSE standard, some of your workers don't wear regulatory dress ,no hamlet,gloves and glasses, area not clean, no secure scaffolding to cheak and pour concrete, must use crane for remove formwork, no guard corp, thanks for your videos .
