Norman Robert Ford taught JD Salinger in English and Dramatics at Valley Forge Military School, and Ford also taught at the Taft School 1937-38.
The date on this episode has been driving me crazy (Sep 11, 1966 was a Sunday, not a Monday). Also, there is no evening episode listed in the newspaper listings of the time. I finally found the answer on the Mark Goodson site, which shows that this episode originally aired on Jul 26, 1965. Thanks for sharing - Your CZcams channel is the best!
I stayed at a hostel. It cost me $14/nite.
the questions the panel asked about Tropical Fish were really out there, but I saw one contestant laugh when another contestant gave an equally silly answer ..
I won a Felix the Cat board game when I was a kid from a contest sponsored by a local television station. It was a prized possession for many years. Loved the cartoon.
Mr. Orson Bean was with us until 2020 at the age of 92.
Do these Youth hostel still exist?
if i am correct WAS NOT TO TELL THE TRUTH A REPLACEMENT FOR A SERIES THAT FAILED IN 1966 AND returned to the air IN DECEMBER 1966
I think so , but iam not sure . . .
There was a predecessor called "Nothing But the Truth," but I am not sure if it failed or ran in that timeline. You would have to research that.
Peggy is wearing a wig !!!!
it looked like 1965 not 1966
Yeah, because I'm sure it went to colour around the same time as "What's My Line?".
You are apparently correct, as another poster stated this episode actually aired on 26 July, 1965. Very good!
What a wasteful use of a mansion, using it to teach about betting.
I'll bet they tore it down.
Axelrod went to prison for tax fraud and had swiss bank accounts.
