Kandi and Phaedra's friendship is most definitely over. For her and Todd continue to believe that Phaedra called the Feds AFTER Cynthia made it clear they learned the info from Kandi's appearance on WWHL....it was too far and uncalled for. Todd's attitude toward Phaedra was dramatic to say the least. I'm glad Kim doesn't have to deal with this messiness anymore. I think she a Chris conducted themselves well, although I could tell Kim wanted to curse Kenya the f out. Andy even took the cast to task... I'm glad he did. All of them women (sans Kim) need to realize that a gay man signs their checks and they need to watch their damn mouths. I think Andy is really over Kenya's delusions and shade... I think she has one more slip-up before he says her contract won't be renewed.

Exactly, it was Kandi running her own damn mouth during filming and on WWHL, that caused the Feds to show up at her house. Then after her leprechaun husband went in on Phaedra...their friendship is officially done. IMO, both Todd and Peter also knew what Apollo was doing because they hung out with him ( they atleast knew that Apollo didn't have a job that would allow him to give 8 stacks every other night at the strip club). So Todd wanted Phaedra to admit on camera that she knew but his little messy ass was not willing to admit that HE also knew. Todd had the nerve to say that Apollo had nothing to do with he and Phaedra business agreement but neither did Kandi but he was only too happy to send Kandi to collect for him. Todd was out there dogging Phaedra to everyone who would listen as if she owed him for a finished product, when the project was abandoned. He should have gone to Phaedra and said hey I want to be paid for the work I've done thus far.
Instead he bad-mouthed her into finishing the project so that he could be paid the full amount. People can say that Phaedra should have paid the man..but if you listen to what they both have said....Phaedra pretty much abandoned the project after she had to spend out so much money due to Apollo's BS. As the owner she had a right to abandon the project. IMO, Kandi wasn't keeping it 100, everything Kandi said on this reunion show was hypocritical.
+humpty dumpty Phaedra is an attorney and no, she cannot abandon the project without officially cancelling the contract and she cannot do it unilaterally. Both she and Todd would have to agree and sign. Typically, in such work, the first payments cover the basic expenses, and any profit (for his time,etc) that Todd put in, he would collect in the last and final payment. Todd probably had to pay for all the expenses with the first couple checks and he had not even received payment for his time. Phaedra's behavior is completely unacceptable because she is an attorney. I have lost all respect for her. I used to really like her-until this year. Phaedra being a friend should have at least have made some phone calls. She was running like the bill collectors were after her. If funds were tight for her, Todd may could have understood, but when you throw such extravagant children's parties and other wasted money parties, then it doesn't look good to run from the bill collector and act like she could not discuss anything because her sweetie, Apollo went to prison. Phaedra was so relieved and happy when Apollo left. I'm sure she paid her mortgage and other bills right after he left. She is just fake.
I'm glad you reiterated the fact that Porsha is grown cause some people tend to excuse her behavior because she's the youngest in the group. Porsha is in her 30s, grown enough to know better. I know her mannerism is child like but she is indeed a very grown woman. She needs to get it together.
I absolutely agree with you about Porsha fighting. I believe that Porsha took ownership in her altercations. She even stated that she is learning through anger management not to let people trigger her. Now on the other hand, these bitches need to stop being so damn disrespectful. After all, Porsha's non-existent tolerance for disrespect is the common factor in what makes her fight. I swear they try her so damn much her next business venture should be selling participation trophies. But it is a big deal when we as black people have to deal with the hatred that others throw at us just because of the color of our skin (including people of all browns). The fact is, why would you sit there and laugh and think it's so funny that they are calling this man gay because they think he is effeminate. That is not okay, that should not be tolerated. As a child who grew up in a black family and heard the things that were said about LGBT+ community I was fearful of coming out, it was this stigma of being black and gay. These are supposed to be educated black women and they were sitting up there giggling about calling this man "fruity" and he's a dancer, and they call him "Chrissy." They sitting there using these terms as if being gay is an insult. I expect more from all of them especially when they all seemed to have friends and employees and followers who are in the LGBT+ spectrum.

Ashley, great review, as always. The only way this friendship will be rekindled is if kandi's marriage follows the same trend of these other housewives. I think Phaedra for all her faults has been badly treated by Kandi and her husband. How dare Todd come at her like that? The real tea about the fight that happened at the Xmas party was Porsha was dating a married guy who was sponsoring all her gifts and giving her money and Jami basically started talking to the same guy. Jami and the guy showed up at the party and they knew Porsha wouldn't talk because the man is married. Porsha kicked Jami out, they exchanged words and thats when the fight happened.

It's crazy that I'm watching this right now and happened to look at my phone and read that the man who murdered Islan Nettles a transgendered woman stated that he felt "threatened" after HE flirted with her. This man murdered her because he flirted with her and she was born with male genitals. And all I can think about is how they all sat on that couch and laughed about them all calling Chris gay and "fruity." When I originally watched that scene by the pool, it pissed me off, but then for them to sit there and do it again on that couch...my blood was boiling. This is where the hatred for the LGBTQ+ starts. They may think they are just "joking" but that shit hurts. I wish Andy would have torn into them (and I seen something in the comments about how Andy lets the other housewives get away with it and whatnot) it's because we expect more from the RHOA cast. As a black person who is LGBT+ we are looked down upon in our community, whether you experience the hate or not it is definitely there, especially growing up in a community where religion is number one. Rewind to Kenya's Black Female Actress tribute (costume party) when she & Porsha 1st fell out --- seeing what we now know about Porsha...."Baps" was really a good fit for Porsha. But I didn't like at Part 3 reunion when they all ganged up on Porsha - especially Nene and Kenya's input.1) Nene is only back because she has found that the gigs she THOUGHT were coming in, have fizzled out --- because of her character /persona on RHOA....her brand is tarnished. So, she's back, notice the positive change in personality? She's back to "repair" her brand. And to her, Porsha & Phaedra may have been a little cool because they felt somewhat betrayed because she didn't let them know she was back in with Cynthia OR that she was coming to Jamaica. "Surprise !!!! ??? " It was a double slap in the face for them because throughout all last season, they stuck by her and defended her thru it all. So yes, I can see why they felt slighted.2) And when everybody (justifiably) were trying to help Porsha to understand how she was damaging her brand -- no one seemed to understand how much younger Porsha is than the rest of them....when "they" were her age, they were quick to fight too. And considering her circle of friends party a lot and probably get pretty wild, she has to learn where and when to draw the boundary -- when to let loose and when to simmer down.It especially irritated me when Kenya started adding her 2cents....I almost threw a shoe at my tv. Kenya !!! The QUEEN of provocation, slander and gay-bashing !!! Kenya only apologized to Kim at the dinner because Cynthia told her to and it was a sorry excuse of apology. -- just like her sorry excuse of apology to Chris at the Reunion. I'm so glad that Todd came with a proof of purchase when coming for Phaedra. She just so conveniently wants to pay him his money owed one week before the reunion, knowing she had two years to get the balance up to date? It doesn't matter if he hung out with Apollo or not. The business arrangement was through Phaedra and Todd and she should have honored that agreement. You can tell that both Kandi and Todd know way more than what Phaedra is trying to let on, but they're keeping it cute, but if I were them, I'd tell it all. TheZogie Todd should have went to Phaedra with all business, true. As far as the digs go, Phaedra does this constantly. She says she's over something, that she's the bigger person, but in her confessional, she shades, "reads", takes digs, and is down right mean spirited. Producer induced drama or not, Phaedra is not an innocent party. She has so much to say about him, but he can't say anything in return? That doesn't really make sense to me.

This show needs a major overhaul replace everyone on this cast with the exception of Kenya. Kandi, Sheree, Todd, Phaedra, Cynthia, Peter, Nene, and Porshia had no storyline this season they all need to exit stage left ASAP. Real Housewives of Potomac is better than ATL.
Kenya's only contribution to this show is poking and antagonizing people then playing victim. That is not a storyline. She's gotten to the point where she's exhausting to watch. Her behavior is childish, disgusting, and toxic. She needs to go and she can take Kandi with her.
+Robert Too Cool Like it or not, this show can go on w/o Kenya and she won't be missed. She adds nothing to the show,but annoyance and agitation. The whole rent-a-man and pick on the weak thing she's done EVERY season she's been on RHOA is old and stale just like her.
Andy Cohen looked bothered by the gay bashing or talk. HE looked pressed , I thought he was going to go off a little. HE let's the OTHER housewives franchise get away with alot more. BUT he does seem to really like Phaedra EVEN with ALL her lies and back peddling.

Great review! I felt bad for Kim's husband, but they both handled themselves well. "Chrissy" that shit rubbed Andy wrong and he got them together especially Kenya. We get that there are DL men, but honestly after Chris defended his character I didn't feel that at all. Chris is an artist and comfortable with himself. I usually don't defend these situations bc you never know, but Kim's husband response wasn't rehearsed, but natural. Kandi, Todd, and Phadrea...... Man that's confusing, but to think she called the Feds idk. Yes Phadrea was bitter and has been since Apollo. Idk what has gotten in between their friendship: ones marrying other is divorcing, TV show, both of their husbands, media outlets or what...... Bottom line I could actually tell ShadyPhae was actually hurt this time.
Porsha needs to stop. She was married for 2 years! She had what 27-28 years to find herself! I'm 23 and I know what I want! Porsha always been the way she was. She's not as dumb as she plays. She had a business that she sold when she was married. She knew herself!

I think porsha was in a difficult marriage that was played out on the show. I also think people took it lightly because most people like the people on this show don't take her seriously. That lead to me saying the respect level is different when it come to porsha. The way some of these girl treat her is not the same as they treat the others. Back on her marriage I think Cordell was controlling and was abusive maybe not in a physical but abusive. I also think because the divorce happen on the show around women that was mean ,judgmental,and Canty .this enivorcement change her. If we go back at the time of her divorce those ladies had a lot of opinions and spread alot of rumors too.
I agree with you they did not need three parts maybe a hour and thirty minutes. I want like Porsha but she is acting more like Kenya is getting under her skin now more than she did the season they got into that fight. Kenya is a bully and tries to find the weakest and make herself a storyline because she has none. Phaedra is not winning me anyway because I believe all lawyers are crooked. Cynthia blows with the wind dressing a giant flower. With Nene and Sheree they have been on that show the longest there are things I like dislike about both so I have hated on them enough. I would like Candy if when every time she talks she sounds like she is going to break out in song. They should have made this 2 parts. The 2nd part had like 2 OK moments that could have replace some boring parts in the first and 3rd. But that's usually how it goes.
I like Kim a lot so I really tried to ignore her scenes. lol I didn't want to dislike her like I did the R&B Divas. Porsha seemed to be ok with the thot title for the past couple of seasons. I actually liked her moments on the show. It was comic relief in the middle of all the drama. She needs to chill though. It looked like she actually ran after the girl to beat her up. She reminds me of Tami Roman because she always says hands in her face is a trigger. lol
I think these reunions are always lackluster because not only do they drag them out but they show all the "good" moments in the previews 😒 therefore we just anticipate those moments and everything in between is just blah

Kandi and Phaedra's friendship is most definitely over. For her and Todd continue to believe that Phaedra called the Feds AFTER Cynthia made it clear they learned the info from Kandi's appearance on WWHL....it was too far and uncalled for. Todd's attitude toward Phaedra was dramatic to say the least.
I'm glad Kim doesn't have to deal with this messiness anymore. I think she a Chris conducted themselves well, although I could tell Kim wanted to curse Kenya the f out. Exactly, it was Kandi running her own damn mouth during filming and on WWHL, that caused the Feds to show up at her house. Then after her leprechaun husband went in on Phaedra...their friendship is officially done. IMO, both Todd and Peter also knew what Apollo was doing because they hung out with him ( they atleast knew that Apollo didn't have a job that would allow him to give 8 stacks every other night at the strip club). So Todd wanted Phaedra to admit on camera that she knew but his little messy ass was not willing to admit that HE also knew. Todd had the nerve to say that Apollo had nothing to do with he and Phaedra business agreement but neither did Kandi but he was only too happy to send Kandi to collect for him. Todd was out there dogging Phaedra to everyone who would listen as if she owed him for a finished product, when the project was abandoned. He should have gone to Phaedra and said hey I want to be paid for the work I've done thus far.
Instead he bad-mouthed her into finishing the project so that he could be paid the full amount. People can say that Phaedra should have paid the man..but if you listen to what they both have said....Phaedra pretty much abandoned the project after she had to spend out so much money due to Apollo's BS. As the owner she had a right to abandon the project. IMO, Kandi wasn't keeping it 100, everything Kandi said on this reunion show was hypocritical.

Both she and Todd would have to agree and sign. Typically, in such work, the first payments cover the basic expenses, and any profit (for his time,etc) that Todd put in, he would collect in the last and final payment. Todd probably had to pay for all the expenses with the first couple checks and he had not even received payment for his time. Phaedra's behavior is completely unacceptable because she is an attorney. I have lost all respect for her. I used to really like her-until this year.
Phaedra being a friend should have at least have made some phone calls. She was running like the bill collectors were after her. If funds were tight for her, Todd may could have understood, but when you throw such extravagant children's parties and other wasted money parties, then it doesn't look good to run from the bill collector and act like she could not discuss anything because her sweetie, Apollo went to prison. Phaedra was so relieved and happy when Apollo left. I'm sure she paid her mortgage and other bills right after he left. She is just fake.

Kriselska Gem This is the only housewives show I watch so I can't speak on something I don't watch. But it is a big deal when we as black people have to deal with the hatred that others throw at us just because of the color of our skin (including people of all browns). The fact is, why would you sit there and laugh and think it's so funny that they are calling this man gay because they think he is effeminate. That is not okay, that should not be tolerated. As a child who grew up in a black family and heard the things that were said about LGBT+ community I was fearful of coming out, it was this stigma of being black and gay. These are supposed to be educated black women and they were sitting up there giggling about calling this man "fruity" and he's a dancer, and they call him "Chrissy." They sitting there using these terms as if being gay is an insult. I expect more from all of them especially when they all seemed to have friends and employees and followers who are in the LGBT+ spectrum.

If it were the producers who were actually being messy, doesn't take away the fact that Kenya tried to lend credibility to the rumor by using her years in Hollywood. I think Phaedra for all her faults has been badly treated by Kandi and her husband. How dare Todd come at her like that? Remember, for the last two seasons, Phaedra and Apollo's marriage has been on the rocks and they were hardly talking to each other. I am not surprised that Phaedra didn't know what was going on. Kandi has been so obsessed with Phaedra's kids not seeing Apollo that she lost sight of their friendship and was not there to support her friend when all hell was breaking loose! The real tea about the fight that happened at the Xmas party was Porsha was dating a married guy who was sponsoring all her gifts and giving her money and Jami basically started talking to the same guy. Jami and the guy showed up at the party and they knew Porsha wouldn't talk because the man is married. Porsha kicked Jami out, they exchanged words and thats when the fight happened.

It's crazy that I'm watching this right now and happened to look at my phone and read that the man who murdered Islan Nettles a transgendered woman stated that he felt "threatened" after HE flirted with her. This man murdered her because he flirted with her and she was born with male genitals. And all I can think about is how they all sat on that couch and laughed about them all calling Chris gay and "fruity." When I originally watched that scene by the pool, it pissed me off, but then for them to sit there and do it again on that couch...my blood was boiling. This is where the hatred for the LGBTQ+ starts. They may think they are just "joking" but that shit hurts. I wish Andy would have torn into them (and I seen something in the comments about how Andy lets the other housewives get away with it and whatnot) it's because we expect more from the RHOA cast. As a black person who is LGBT+ we are looked down upon in our community, whether you experience the hate or not it is definitely there, especially growing up in a community where religion is number one. For them to sit up there and laugh an apology, to just slide the issue under the rug like it was okay...disgusted. Calling someone gay or a lesbian because they have the "stereotypes" of a certain "group" is bullshit and the fact that these women sat up here and thought it was okay angered me. (Sorry for the rant and that was a really long comment) But honestly stuff like this will forever bother me until we find a way to stop this. This was gay bashing in the truest form. Words hurt just as bad as sticks and stones.
I'm so over Kandi and Todd I think the money was there story lie but they took it way too far in the reunion. It was all settled it wasnt that deep and for Kandi to let Todd go in on Phaedra like that, was inappropriate to me. Whole who called the feds thing was so funny cause Kandi stated shes holding a felons assets on TV. How could a business woman who is so smart not think that the feds are capable of finding Apollo's stuff. The end where they were ganging up on Porsha was annoying as hell. Not one of those ladies has any right to question her mental state as if they are psychologists or some example of amazing ethics. I dont think violence is the answer but lets not be naive in thinking someone cant or wont put your hands on especially if your talking recklessly.

Rewind to Kenya's Black Female Actress tribute (costume party) when she & Porsha 1st fell out --- seeing what we now know about Porsha...."Baps" was really a good fit for Porsha. But I didn't like at Part 3 reunion when they all ganged up on Porsha - especially Nene and Kenya's input.1) Nene is only back because she has found that the gigs she THOUGHT were coming in, have fizzled out --- because of her character /persona on RHOA....her brand is tarnished. So, she's back, notice the positive change in personality? She's back to "repair" her brand. And to her, Porsha & Phaedra may have been a little cool because they felt somewhat betrayed because she didn't let them know she was back in with Cynthia OR that she was coming to Jamaica. "Surprise !!!! ??? " It was a double slap in the face for them because throughout all last season, they stuck by her and defended her thru it all. So yes, I can see why they felt slighted.2) And when everybody (justifiably) were trying to help Porsha to understand how she was damaging her brand -- no one seemed to understand how much younger Porsha is than the rest of them....when "they" were her age, they were quick to fight too. And considering her circle of friends party a lot and probably get pretty wild, she has to learn where and when to draw the boundary -- when to let loose and when to simmer down.It especially irritated me when Kenya started adding her 2cents....I almost threw a shoe at my tv. Kenya !!! The QUEEN of provocation, slander and gay-bashing !!! Kenya only apologized to Kim at the dinner because Cynthia told her to and it was a sorry excuse of apology. -- just like her sorry excuse of apology to Chris at the Reunion. She puts it out there that Chris is called "Chrissy" but can't specifically say WHO calls him by that name. Her behavior towards Kim was ATROCIOUS and basically stemming from professional jealousy. Yet, Kenya sat there telling Porsha she needed to "own up" to her shyt. I commend Kim and Chris for handing everything with class.

I really do think Phaedra and Porsha are convenient friend ,mostly because they don't have a storyline except for talking about others and acting ratchet,and there's something weird about porsha since season 6 , I don't know If it's drug or alcohol but the change of character puzzles me,and how she can be a real friend to phaedra? phaedra is so secretive,she' s hiding everything about her life to everyone,I bet even Apollo didn't knew her well,she doesn't like anyone calling her out,and she's always rubbing porsha in a right way ( a real friend would tell you how it is when you make a mistake)so they are not Real friends only buddies for shopping,parties and have fun. Also ,Porsha clearly has a problem she doesn't own her statements and actions,she always need to have a scapegoat,she' s a brat,turning almost 33 acting like she's 20,this behavior would be laughable on a much younger person but for her, it's just tacky.

I'm so glad that Todd came with a proof of purchase when coming for Phaedra. She just so conveniently wants to pay him his money owed one week before the reunion, knowing she had two years to get the balance up to date? It doesn't matter if he hung out with Apollo or not. The business arrangement was through Phaedra and Todd and she should have honored that agreement. You can tell that both Kandi and Todd know way more than what Phaedra is trying to let on, but they're keeping it cute, but if I were them, I'd tell it all. Phaedra had no qualms about coming for Todd time after time on the season, talking about he's a kept man and so forth, yet what was Apollo when he was fresh out of jail?

So if the business deal was between Pha and Todd why did Todd have Kandi tell her about the owed money??? Why would Kandi tell her friends? if it was just between Todd and Pha? it's clear that "kept man"statement was a result of either the producers showing Pha a clip or them telling her what Todd and Kandi and Incorporated said about her..like Todd said.. they done been on vacations together.. why didn't he pick up the phone and talk to her? I believe she ignored his emails because of him hanging in the streets with Apollo not because she didn't feel she originally owed him money. it's like if your spouse was hanging in the streets every night with a particular person you wouldn't like them so much either..I don't like that Todd spoke to Pha the way he did. . I even think it made Peter uncomfortable..

TheZogie Todd should have went to Phaedra with all business, true. As far as the digs go, Phaedra does this constantly. She says she's over something, that she's the bigger person, but in her confessional, she shades, "reads", takes digs, and is down right mean spirited. Producer induced drama or not, Phaedra is not an innocent party. She has so much to say about him, but he can't say anything in return? That doesn't really make sense to me.

This show needs a major overhaul replace everyone on this cast with the exception of Kenya. Kandi, Sheree, Todd, Phaedra, Cynthia, Peter, Nene, and Porshia had no storyline this season they all need to exit stage left ASAP. Real Housewives of Potomac is better than ATL.
Kenya's only contribution to this show is poking and antagonizing people then playing victim. That is not a storyline. She's gotten to the point where she's exhausting to watch. Her behavior is childish, disgusting, and toxic. She needs to go and she can take Kandi with her.

Great review! I felt bad for Kim's husband, but they both handled themselves well. "Chrissy" that shit rubbed Andy wrong and he got them together especially Kenya. We get that there are DL men, but honestly after Chris defended his character I didn't feel that at all. Chris is an artist and comfortable with himself. I usually don't defend these situations bc you never know, but Kim's husband response wasn't rehearsed, but natural. Kandi, Todd, and Phadrea...... Man that's confusing, but to think she called the Feds idk. Yes Phadrea was bitter and has been since Apollo. Idk what has gotten in between their friendship: ones marrying other is divorcing, TV show, both of their husbands, media outlets or what...... I think porsha was in a difficult marriage that was played out on the show. I also think people took it lightly because most people like the people on this show don't take her seriously. That lead to me saying the respect level is different when it come to porsha. The way some of these girl treat her is not the same as they treat the others. Back on her marriage I think Cordell was controlling and was abusive maybe not in a physical but abusive. I also think because the divorce happen on the show around women that was mean ,judgmental,and Canty .this enivorcement change her. If we go back at the time of her divorce those ladies had a lot of opinions and spread alot of rumors too.

I agree with you they did not need three parts maybe a hour and thirty minutes. I want like Porsha but she is acting more like Kenya is getting under her skin now more than she did the season they got into that fight. Kenya is a bully and tries to find the weakest and make herself a storyline because she has none. Phaedra is not winning me anyway because I believe all lawyers are crooked. Cynthia blows with the wind dressing a giant flower. With Nene and Sheree they have been on that show the longest there are things I like dislike about both so I have hated on them enough. I would like Candy if when every time she talks she sounds like she is going to break out in song. I like Kim a lot so I really tried to ignore her scenes. lol I didn't want to dislike her like I did the R&B Divas. Porsha seemed to be ok with the thot title for the past couple of seasons. I actually liked her moments on the show. It was comic relief in the middle of all the drama. She needs to chill though. It looked like she actually ran after the girl to beat her up. She reminds me of Tami Roman because she always says hands in her face is a trigger. lol
