    Isomalt is one of the most challenging mediums to work with in the cake decorating industry. It's dangerously hot, and most of the time, when working with Isomalt, you need to have special training and experience. Today however, I want to show you a very easy way to work with Isomalt. Not only will I be showing you how to easily make beautiful flowers and leaves but I will also show you a very simple technique to create pressed Isomalt designs in any shape imaginable. The possibilities are endless!

    IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Isomalt can be heated up to over 180 degrees Celsius which can cause serious injury and third degree burns. Please make sure to prepare everything carefully before you start and that you are in a calm environment where there are no infants and everyone involved is aware of the dangers. I will not be responsible for any accidents that occur as a result of anyone trying what is shown in this video. Please take every safety precaution that you can.

      Would you be able to tell me what suction tools for use with a whip cream type frosting is called ? I have seen video's with the person using a little heating torch to heat the metal end slightly then they squeeze a bulb on the other end, then push the metal end of the tube into the cream frosting, then release the bulb and then pull it out . I would appreciate it if you could tell me. Thank you and thank you for all the time you donate to your video's. I ove watching them. Sue

      MEGAFORCEService а что вам не понятно? Краситель гелевый он добавил не в порошок изомальтоза а в уже растворёную карамель...нельзя сразу отливать формы лепестков на пленку нужно дать карамели остыть..ложками шеф придаёт форму лепесткам если у вас нет специальных Молдов вайнеров..аэрозоль для того чтоб листочки быстрее остывали...
