It was a pretty good take since it’s obvious that he was actually trying to do what was best for them. She just got aggressive and mad for no reason considering Dan didn’t even know how gabby felt about Ellie.

(Most likely Miriam herself since Ellie was still tight with Jake and toms good at challenges and I don’t think any of them knew of an upcoming merge)
