Imagine thinking you're so powerful you can stop violence by restricting the lawful and responsible people from the right to self defense.
And that's why machine guns are used in mass shootings. Because they're hard to get?
Check back when you find an argument.
Couldnt have said it better myself my friend.
Imagine dumping cheap military weapons on the streets and thinking it won't create anarchy.
@@danboyd2725 first of all, if that's all it took to bring about an excellent social order, I would be dumping my collection onto the streets. But nobody dumps any kinds of weapons anywhere. Except the CIA. The CIA totally dumps weapons everywhere. Afghanistan, Iraq, Lybia, Syria, Ukraine, Israel, Jordan, Cuba, Venezuela, Columbia, you get it.
@SubvertTheState Or you can just sell them to criminals on the streets like most law-abiding gun owners.
Remember when all the anti gunners tried to gaslight you with the “nobody is taking your guns?” 😂 Don’t believe your lying eyes.
“All bark, but no bite” all he does is talk, and he can’t even do that right.
Stop Gun Violence...?
How about stopping Gang Violence in your own party-led cities?
Kansas City anyone?
Philly anyone?
Stats show that gun violence is actually higher in red states soooooo…..
Miami?
That's a Republican city. 😂
@@danboyd2725 And most of the violence happens because of college Spring Breakers, who come out of town... Which they fixed.
@CoolNala
Let's make believe the gang violence in Miami is from college Spring Breakers. 😄😄😄😄
The look on mike Johnsons face at 01:07 speaks volumes lol.
Shall not be infringed you old Windbag
It is too late to try pretending you care Mr President
Right, he's been pretending for 4 years
If your saying beat the NRA you have no idea what your talking about.
Isn't it just amazing at how people will applaude when you tell them what they want to hear?
No more talking about it , No more I’m praying for you , no more I’m Sorry, ACTION, ACTION , ACTION , !!! You want my Vote Stop IT NOW 🇺🇸
The real way to stop gun violence is to make the laws against criminals more strict not punish law abbing citizens?
Segregation anyone??
FJB! 2nd Amendment is for the people!
Here's something that might actually work. Instead of passing more laws that don't affect criminals, ( criminals don't care about laws...kinda like rule number 1 for being a criminal) how about hiring veterans to protect our schools. There are plenty of retired veterans that would love to. Criminals don't go to places where they think there is a high probability of them being stopped. Remember the Assault Weapons ban didn't stop Columbine from happening...
oh yeah, people with PTSD who are shellshocked if they see a gun, and won’t operate well…
@@russianfederationyoutubenot every veteran has PTSD not every veteran has been to war
@@itsspenchy617 it’s still a dumb idea because most veterans are old anyway, and want to live peacefully. and looking for someone who wants to defend your school at a retirement home is like looking for water in the desert
@@russianfederationyoutubebro, most veterans retire at 35 if that, tf you mean old, that’s the age most people really start careers.
@@slidersguzman7697 look, 35? they have a whole life ahead of them. they’ve been in war once, and don’t deserve another life-threatening situation. and you’re right, that’s the age most people start careers. putting them in schools will cause a whole lot of backlash. And if they don’t have PTSD then, they certainly will now if you put them in schools to hear the cries of young kids. After that, they’d probably put down guns for good.
just gun violence or all kinds of violence?
What is an assault weapon, Joe?
You think maybe the police in texas could have been more brave and gone in after the shooter, instead of being cowards. They thought only of themselves. Well, those kids were murdered. Those cops are Cowardice
He is the one letting the guns and drugs
Don’t want to mention how in Uvalde, one of the few groups you gun control activists say should still have guns did not even do a damn thing?!
Second Amendment
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
“Among the natural rights of the Colonists are these: First, a right to life; Secondly, to liberty; Thirdly, to property; together with the right to support and defend them in the best manner they can. These are evident branches of, rather than deductions from, the duty of self-preservation, commonly called the first law of nature. All men have a right to remain in a state of nature as long as they please; and in case of intolerable oppression, civil or religious, to leave the society they belong to, and enter into another. When men enter into society, it is by voluntary consent; and they have a right to demand and insist upon the performance of such conditions and previous limitations as form an equitable original compact. Every natural right not expressly given up, or, from the nature of a social compact, necessarily ceded, remains. All positive and civil laws should conform, as far as possible, to the law of natural reason and equity.” --- Samuel Adams, Father of the American Revolution; Rights of the Colonists 1772
"I ask who are the militia? They consist now of the whole people, except a few public officers."
- George Mason, Address to the Virginia Ratifying Convention, June 4, 1788
"Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed, as they are in almost every country in Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops."
- Noah Webster, An Examination of the Leading Principles of the Federal Constitution, October 10, 1787
"The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. A well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the best and most natural defense of a free country."
- James Madison, I Annals of Congress 434, June 8, 1789
"Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom. It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves."
- William Pitt (the Younger), Speech in the House of Commons, November 18, 1783
“A militia when properly formed are in fact the people themselves…and include, according to the past and general usuage of the states, all men capable of bearing arms… "To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them."
- Richard Henry Lee, Federal Farmer No. 18, January 25, 1788
"What, Sir, is the use of a militia? It is to prevent the establishment of a standing army, the bane of liberty .... Whenever Governments mean to invade the rights and liberties of the people, they always attempt to destroy the militia, in order to raise an army upon their ruins."
- Rep. Elbridge Gerry of Massachusetts, I Annals of Congress 750, August 17, 1789
Amen.
🤣🤣NO SUCH THING AS GUN VIOLENCE !
2nd amendment will rise...
What are you talking about? He banned bump stocks
ACCOUNTABILITY - 2024 ??
All are accountable to the judgment of time
And when we die without truth our sadness never ends.
By the deepest longing of our heart, mind and soul
We serve our Lord, homeland, family and friends.
With accountability we apply life’s wisdom
Guidelines to promote a moral life.
We receive our fame by our demeanor
As we struggle through ridicule and strife.
All through history up to today
Our chronicle of life is accountability.
The evil is a beast feasting on souls
Corrupting man with greed, hate and disability.
Always stay mindful of what must be done
With purpose, determination, prayer and accountability.
Giving our best to protect and preserve
A life of freedom, faith, love and stability
By Tom Zart!
It’s a simple matter of re-enacting the law he already passed a while ago and republicans took away
Mass shootings went up during that time.
What did they take away?
Great speech! Biden and Harris 4more years!!!
We can't survive 4 more years of this nonsense!
Bot
What an awe inspiring speech, unlike Rumps incoherent rants and self adulation. Biden made it about ALl Americans, not whining about how unfair he’s being treated for all of the crimes he’s committed. Thank You President Biden…4 more years 💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸💙🇺🇸
