    Your chain jumped! Stay safe!

It's because of the wolftooth extender for the rear derailleur ( a non supported hack for the derailleur to accept bigger sprockets), every time it's in the bigger plate in the front and I reverse pedal it gets jacked + the bumpy vibrations + large chain = chain drop, solution -> buy a derailleur that covers big sprockets that i need like 42 tooth or more

Thanks, glad to share it! Although it doesn't show well, this mountains are really chunky, I will do a close ups to show the gravel carnage

Really nice this time even without music 🙂 what tires are you riding mate?🐸😄😄😄

Thanks! Tires are B'TWIN City 5 Protect 700x45, so far they're better holding abrasion and punctures than the pro knobby tires and cheaper 🤫 but when in wet holly f they're slippery as hell!

Cool route man, I like the wide PoV.
Every time I see someone riding fast on a gravel course like this I can't help but think that bullhorn handlebars with bar-end brakes would be more comfortable and grippy while going downhill on the bumps, compared to being on the drops. Did you feel any wrist pain when you started riding on rougher terrain? I don't know if it's more comfortable than it looks :P

For sure many things should be improved in the brakes handling area it can also be very personal so you know whatever works for you, as a matter of fact i'm all about tuning things as i'm a handworker and a toolmaker so i know a thing or two, it happens time ago i already considered about your idea and it's better (for me) braking in the let's call it "vertical" axis of the drops, many reasons but regarding technical terrain there's a very dangerous one: there are moments when you go too steep the front wheel may get stuck and the inertia will want to throw you over the bars - see friday fails, over the bars is the worst and very frequent way of falling and BTW smashing the face into the rocks - the "vertical" axis grip gives you much extra control to counter braking inertia just by stopping your hands, think about it if you where to inevitably crash frontally with something the vertical axis grip gives you the most absorption of the impact acting your arms as a sort of suspension and also the hands are less exposed than up in the hoods. About the wrist pain take a look at my handlebars shape shown at the beginning they're modified and the wrist never hits the bars, this is getting long, if you need info feel free to ask (edit) forgot to mention that the best way of improving technical braking with road handlebars is by adding two extra normal brakes (like MTB style) in the flat handlebar section, with roadie's classic caliper rimbrakes works perfect but with hydraulic i have reasons to be skeptical (shimano made hydraulic brake model just for doing that)

@@IsaacRC Appreciate the thoughtful response! That makes sense. For sure drop bars aren't the endgame in road/gravel cycling, hopefully we get more options in the future for different personal preferences. You make an interesting point regarding the vertical position of the brake levers, I could try experimenting with that on my bullhorns by angling them up a bit. However, as you said, whatever works for each person. I like to make my bike weird on purpose and I also like trying to improve my handling and feel of the bike by changing different bits and tuning them slightly. I'm sure my bike will be a lot different 5 years from now.

@@vixantenna Well i don't have much hope the heavy industry be creative in this field as they follow the race world demands and not suffering it's not one hahaha back in the day i casted in metal my own custom gear shifters and started thinking about brake levers engineering but when you add the gear shifting together the difficulty level it goes over the roof and now with hydraulics it's nuts, for now hacking (mechanics) is the best way to get started i hope i will do explanatory videos about it in the future

@@harisankar1317 I color grade a lot, Davinci Resolve is the tool i use, after making many adjustments i convert them into a single LUT, if you want to try I can post this LUT for download, but it will only look the same for this kind of scene (cloudy day, camera white balance, camera exposure, etc)

@@harisankar1317 Here's the download link, the 01 and 02 LUTs are almost the same but the 03 is darker used in the video for when I entered the forest canopy, remember it will only look as this video if the gopro is set to "flat" color, exposure compensation is 0 and the white balance in auto, also each model has its own color variations this was the 11 model: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ilQF5Q8h4YK4wUZL_fWciIFhUccSee6G?usp=sharing
