Painful memories. My best friend's brother's dream was to be a standup comic and despite a wealthy father who almost disowned him, he went for it. He use to pay to get stage time back in the early 90s. On his big official debut in front of all his friends,family and a packed house, he BOMBED. Even the usual hecklers felt sorry for him. Never heard another joke out of the guy.
Bobo is amazing that he's so hilarious and painfully frustrating to listen to at the same time.

@@simonpenum He's utterly selfish. He exploits people feeling bad for him to get what he wants. He's thinks his life should be the most interesting thing to everyone around him because his existence is so special. I'm sure he's been told this his entire life, but it doesn't change the fact. He is obsessed with being on the radio, he feels he deserves to be, purely out of entitlement and selfish desire to be recognized and noticed for how special he is.
It really is enraging to listen to at times. I dont think it's his fault, he behaves like a child in a grown man's body but on some level that's what he is. Any of the pranks they pulled on him he's brought on himself, but I do have to agree you shouldn't be spitting on people against their will, which it was. But that whole scene was bobo believing he's so interesting that his own sexual obsession with Christina was genuinely important and interesting and not just a freak show. He was getting mad that they were taking the attention away from his deluded fantasy.
