Those "hockey pucks" are called black pudding. To make a black pudding, you cook pigs blood mixed with a filler, usually oatmeal, until it is thick enough to congeal when cooled

Tim, waivers are a almost pure American thing. In europe there are so much less options to sue a company just because someone was dumb enough to microwave themselves or eat till they end up in hospital. sueing a company or another civillian is just not near as normal in EU compared to the USA. (shocker: we dont even have billboards or ads for lawyers, lol) Love the beard reactions!
Working in commercial liability myself, I can tell you that in the UK, a waiver isn't worth the paper it's written on. If you invite a member of the public onto your premises and they come to some harm, it will be assessed whether you are negligent or not and action taken if so, waiver or no waiver.

Corby is an old steel town in England known as “little Scotland” due to the amount of Scots that moved there over the last century for work. That is probably the reason there’s tattie scones & lorne (square) sausage on the plate. You never see that anywhere else in England.

4:22 that's black pudding, a type of blood sausage, similar to german Blutwurst... but I think Blutwurst is sometimes made with Horse meat/blood, and Black Pudding is usually only pork and beef.
