Those who're saying it's expensive so it's just to inform that every city is different every country is different every place has different rates depending upon location, area, neighborhood, city, country, size of the apartment and how small/big. Ur country is. Just like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata Lucknow has higher rates compared to a small village the same logic is applied country wise. SK is a small country with more population so it's also one of the obvious causes for high rental amounts. Comparing 2 places in terms of rates, rents etc isn't a logical thing coz every place is different Edit: Also if the rates r higher at a particular place the earning capacity of the city tends to increase as well
