@Saminations-kv9ep It was, but it had to be changed because Square owns Geno. He only had a very small cameo in the very first Mario & Luigi game.

4:14:16 that surprise treasure up there can ONLY be grabbed the FIRST TIME YOU ENTER THE CASTLE. Try to get up there anytime after that, and you’ll be blocked off by an invisible wall that wasn’t there when you first entered.
Thankfully, they fixed that in the remake to where you can still get it even after you enter the castle for the first time.

Omg staring at this in my Switch HOME screen waiting for the 17th to arrive is a special kind of torture. Like a nostalgia hostage situation. This eases the pain.
4:28:31 with 400 coins you can grind infinite exp. Here’s how it works: save first, then with the first star, take out all the enemies leading up to the 4th room. Then in the 4th room, buy the merchant’s star for 400 coins. Use the 2nd star to take out all but 1 of the enemies in the room. After getting your level ups, engage the last enemy in battle and get a Game Over. You’ll return to your last save point with everything except your exp reset. You don’t lose exp. It’s easier to remove all armor and defense boosting accessories before saving so you don’t have to remove them again and again. Easiest spot to grind all the way to level 30, the max level.

There’s a weird glitch in the Magikoopa fight. If he summons King Bomb and you let it explode, Magikoopa will do nothing for the rest of the battle. So survive the explosion and you win.
This was fixed in the remake.

Wow, I thought this game was a fever dream for a while. "Didn't I once play a Mario game that had a weird Diablo-kinda setup?" I liked the idea of the game but I was so BAD at it. I wanted to see a proper playthrough. Took me forever to realize it wasn't an N64 game, which is why I never found it on any list. Thank you for the post! I look forward to sitting back and remembering things I used to suck at and see how they were actually supposed to be done.

We’re excited for the return of the game on the later time.
I suppose I will tell you what each clone can do in the 2nd Belome fight.
Mario clone: all he does is jump on one of you. It can be blocked.(Ack! Sour!)
Mallow clone: this one can use Bolt, Lightning Orb, Static E and Electroshock.(Yes! Now this is yummy!)
Geno clone: this clone can use Flame Stone. It’s weak against fire so super or ultra fireball can make quick work of it.(Bitter, but not bad.)
Bowser clone: this clone fights exactly like Bowser in the prologue.(Yuck! How repulsive!)
Peach clone: can restore HP to itself or the boss with recover and mega recover.(Mmm, tastes peachy.)
If Belome 2 gets to act once he has 2 clones out on the field, he can use sleep inducing attacks on your whole team. It’s recommended you have Peach in your active party and have her mute Belome as he’s vulnerable to it. The remake made it so that as soon as you defeat Belome, the clones automatically die as well.

Sadly had the watch the ending here as my game glitched out after the clock boss and the path to continue would not open. Tried going back to older saves but it happened again every time :(. Good game though and one I finally got off my list after many years.
Mallow is also a name of a Pokémon character that loves Grass-type Pokémon in Pokémon: Sun & Moon.

I am playing the game on an emulator on my phone and in the game after the 8bit mario segment in boosters tower i cant jump up to the second yellow platform and cant progress did i do something wrong or is it the emulator itself?

Flowers are really abundant in SMRPG, and tabs/jars/boxes turn a pretty penny, so whenever you see me selling tabs/jars/boxes it's because I'm confident I have enough FP for what I need to do in the near future, and there's something else I want to get with coins.

Is it really possible to 100% it in less than 10/15 hours? Man I wanna buy the remake cuz I never played it and it looks so cool but I don’t like paying so much for so short games
It's possible yeah but for most players it won't be that short. The gameplay in this vid is so fast because I used 100 super jumps, and the OP rewards you get from it, to skip a lot of enemy battles. For a first time player you're looking at more like 20 hours.
