Eonar Mythic solo guide/commentary

I really want to know which classes can solo Eonar, so give it a try !
From what I know, hunters are the second class after DH to solo Eonar. If you have an Eonar solo, please please please notify me.

Setup :
Speed: 161% = Ripple in space (essence, 5%), Traiblazer (talent, 30%), 144 speed (5,8%), Cunning pet + Talent (12%, root dispel), Longstrider*1 (8%).
Trinket proc : 7,35% speed.
I didn't use bear tartare (due to wiping a lot), but the sprint is 8,7%.
I used impassive visage*3 and purification protocol for healing.
39 corruption, full crit. - Hry

This either seems to have been changed or something - as when I teleport to the ship Eonar dies due to mobs...

What addon were you using to display those timers below the minimap? For example the countdown for the next Final Doom.

i almost did it by my monk with his teleport to avoid a bomp of a red debuff. Died on a 4rd phase of this encounter but i will try more =)

It seems that the most difficult stage is the fourth boarding phase，However, it is the best way to pass the fourth ship stage.
What do you call the "fourth boarding phase" ? If it's the third time you go on the ship, I agree - killing all adds before entering is hard. Though for a DH it should be simple.
@@DurendilLeHunt HA HA Please forgive me for the simplistic reply，It does apply to all classes.Actually, the only thing that can pass the fourth time you go on the ship is havoc DH.
But fault tolerance is extremely low....
Is this a lot more viable for more classes at level 60?
I haven't tested yet. But our dps was divided by 2 after leveling, so I'll have to wait until I get raid gear to try it again.
Still, even with better numbers, the main issue - movement - won't change.
I just did it today but with a friend. We were both 200 ilvl, i play bm he does enh. So i was basically taking control of the ship, while he maintained control over the adds. But he had to go into the ship the very first time, so that i don't get overwhelmed with stacks
what keeps shooting me up in the air? i could do it if this wasn't happening.
When you use the red crystal in the Paraxis, you get a debuff that bumps you every 30 seconds. it stacks. But you can use obstacles to block it, and you get a visual (fire) about 4 seconds before it bumps you. I'd suggest watching the updated 9.0 guide.
I would say only a dh/bm hunter can pull this off at the moment, I tried as warlock & had a hard time due to having to cast spells lol - just not enough time.
maybe some other melee can do it; like rogues but not most casters... possibly arcane mage w/ explosion spam or boomkin but that is about it - no others.

I want to get the golden transmog for my priest. After several attempts, it doesn't seem doable at 60 with 160ish gear. Not enough AoE damage to pass the first 2 ships.
I'll try it again but only once I'm fully geared - we have less damage now then we had at level 50.
I tried 4 times could only get it to like 50% lol thanks for this but even as a monk i don't think I'm fast enough
I haven't managed to do it in SL yet. The loss of the 150% speed potion hurts.
trying on my monk aswell.... its still so fucking hard... i hate how you can use mounts before the fight. but not while the fight is active....

I finally did it on low ilvl druid after 50 mins of struggling and didnt get the drop :(

Thanks for the guide but that’s not something mist people can pull of and it’s crazy that Blizz has so far not nerfed this encounter further for mount collectors.

Quite frankly, I do not know how you even manage anything with the base UI at all, yes you have dbm and details but the base UI overall is such an eyesore and the fact you are clicking and using error sounds and whatnot... it hurts my soul so much...
i do also play with standard ui looks way more clearer in my opinion dont need to fill my ui with thousands things only the important ones
@@92berlinthunder you can have addons and keep it clean looking though, but to each it's own. I like my set up and I'm always tweaking it especially when it comes to playing all 12 classes and almost every spec heh

I saw the post on wowhead and thought to myself "wow, this seems quite hard, this guy must surely be a really skilled player!"
And then I came here and saw how you have a basic UI, click your spells and backpaddle.
Not trying to hate here or anything, but I guess solo'ing this encounter isn't so hard after all when even a clicker can do it, it's just that no one ever really bothered to do it.

how is having the standard blizzard UI making him a bad player? what's your logic here? the UI in wow is great nowdays, sure it was really bad back in the days but since BFA and now in SL the UI is great. having flashy crap addons on your screen is just clutter and not needed at all (i used to have elvui for years and switched to standard a few months ago and happy as hell about it.) I do agree on the clicking and backpaddle though that is kinda bad tbh
The most difficult part is that you cannot fight in different places simultaneous. So every move is timely and you need to keep running all the time, which means a single mistake could mess up your effort. And you need gear to clear mobs as soon as they spawn.
im willing to bet a 100 bucks that i kick your ass in any raid encounter with the basic ui.
Skill has absolutely nothing to do with addons. And there are many different ways people utilize their tools. I myself do a mix of keyboard and clicking. People may play as they will. So long as they can do content they desire and get through super difficult encounters like this one. All the power to em... Also I agree this fight sucks lol
I don’t understand like 99% of the terminology in this video cause I’m just a casual player trying to get void elves 🥲 I guess I’ll wait till they make this raid easier to solo
