100mm Per Hour Rainfall In SEVERE Thunderstorm!

On September 8, 2023 at 12h00, radar would show the development of thunderstorm activity tracking towards north of Fredericton. By 13h27, the storms would intensify and a Severe Thunderstorm Warning would be issued for Fredericton and Southern York County, N.B. I would track this storm and watch it pass at Durham Bridge. The storm featured occasional lighting and very heavy rain, falling with a rate of over 100mm per hour.
