    I’m an American and I can’t believe so many people struggle with this, it’s so easy. I feel like I have been making risotto this whole time without knowing, this was just a way I was taught to cook rice. Thank you for the great video. My mom is gonna love this

      I think what you're trying to say is "extra virgin" olive oil and not extroversion.

    Fun fact: sometimes, risotto is served almost (not exactly) like a soup! if you want a comparison, it’s like an Italian congee. Might seem weird, but it’s actually good. However, i still prefer the type in this video

    Riso is an arabic word like arroz in spanish
    Arabs gave you rice 🍚 to you italians and zafferano ( الزعفران) so you must be grateful for that.
