И так. 1.Зачем делать продольный рез на болванке? 2. Зачем срез с детали, если ты проходишь одним швом, а второй облицовочный? 3. Неправильный угол электрода(непровары, зашлаковка) 4. Не думаю, что на подобная конструкция является ответственной и будет большая нагрузка, поэтому достаточно два шва, сверху и снизу. 5. Так же деталь толстая, добавляет больше тока и все, будет достаточный провар. P.s Да, меня забайтили ко коммент.
Based on the comments on every welding vid I've come to the realization all of the good welders still have yet to figure out how to operating camera, record a proper video, and upload it.
@mauriciobello7682 he actually set it up pretty good so that much is solid but the second weld has a hole. I'm new welding but it's definitely something you have to do you seld, time, and time and time and again to get even become decent.
@Bobby.lemonade It's kind of Not a bad way of looking at it. if you watch welding How to videos from 20 different people You can only listen to the stuff that you find consistently through all the videos. So all the stupid bs that individual people believe won't affect you. Sort of like a wisdom of the masses type thing
Неправильный пример. Фаска быть должна, еще лучше, двухсторонняя, но вырезать паз, то это слышком... Между флажком и кругляком ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО должен быть зазор на діаметр электрода!!! Нет корня шва, нет и сварки... Конечно для любителя сойдет, но если ответственный шов, то нет.
About time that someone knows how to continuously weld instead of tacking it bit by bit. Some words of advice: don’t wag your finger in front of the camera. Just put a big no sign.
Электрод только под 30° к НОРМАЛИ! То есть от заготовки 60°, можно 80-60°. А так не будет полного провара корня шва, а пропилы - это для дома, но не профессионально!

Настоящий сварщик должен уметь не только варить, но и понимать стойкость разрывов швов, необходимость усиления, просчетать примерную нагрузку. А так налепить можно где попало. А сделать 2 точки и знать что это простоит века, это мастерство!

Я бы не тратил диски болгарки и время. С обоих сторон коренными швами на большом токе прошёлся бы и сверху залил бы кратер вровень. Автор любит огородами идти, как говорится не ищет лёгких путей 😅

Didn’t clear out the contamination from the bottom right side of the weld, would have been holes in the x rays no pass
