Such a wonderful program! Both the interview and the painting process. John does a fantastic job verbalizing his thoughts real-time. At my development stage, I nodded my head when he touched on working loosely and not sweating the details as well as what creates the solid foundation of a good painting (value and composition). My dvd arrives today and look forward to watching the whole program!
I wish John would have used a larger brush when putting in his compositional lines from his thumbnail!
