    I woke up dizzy a few years ago. I already knew about the Brandt Daroff exercise, so i did it straight away and it worked. I did the exercise slowly about five times. Everyone should know about this exercise in the event of having vertigo.

    I've been doing these exercises as needed the past five years or so, and they work.

    Extremely helpful thank you. However - the way the screen 'slides off in one direction' quickly is not helpful, I suggest you have a different type of change between sections.

    I really desire to fix this naturally & not get this dizziness anymore. The chiropractor caused my problem cause I haven’t had this issue for along time, just since my last chiropractor visit where he turned my neck too far to the left & cracked it the 1st time & it wouldn’t budge then he did it again a bit harder & hrs later “dizziness” galore hit me!!! Now I don’t know what to do if I need a spinal alignment again? I don’t want my neck touched physically anymore!

    I have cervical fusion C2,3,4 and also a Laminectomy C2,3,4,5,6… is there another method I can try? My mobility is decent considering, but I can’t turn my head fully to the degree needed.

      I see this often and it certainly makes it more difficult. I would recommend consulting with a vestibular therapist trained in workign with individuals with neck restrictions.

    when i am doing the brandt-daroff from the left side i feel dizzy when i came up to 90 degrees. what you suggest?

    • @MovementProjectPT
      @MovementProjectPT  Před 7 měsíci +2

      Try slowing it down enough that you don't get dizzy. Wait longer in each position until the dizziness goes away before you try the next position.
