Consistent Invasions in 2024 !?! SotFS (PC)

DISCLAIMER : I have never used a halberd before. In this platinum playthrough I decided to try the only weapon type I haven't used before. Oh boy, its stressful. For those who don't know there is a "sweet spot" for halberds. The tip and the haft do reduced damage and stagger. So you constantly need to pay attention to spacing or you're at a severe disadvantage. Also I haven't pvped in this game in many years. Even Elden Ring I haven't pvped in over a year.
This playthrough was meant to be my platinum, to finish getting all the spells. I was so surprised of how quick I was getting invasions in the 1m sm range. (I had a bunch more invasions but I guess I forgot to press record. there were a few more different people but overall invading the same people a few times gets lame )
I'm one of those people who have about a 10% chance to be able to see my friends summon sign. So my buddy suggested I try to invade to see if it was a problem on my end. As you can see invading works fine, but I still cannot summon or be summoned. I remember years ago I was able to play with my friend a couple times then it never worked again. Alot of people have this problem with sotfs. Its all over discussions and forums. None of the fixes work. I don't think I've been softbanned. I never did anything to deserve it. Maybe 100 hours ago I was invaded by a hacker is all I can think of. If anyone has any out of the box ideas lmk. Because I really don't want to farm falconers for 8 hours.
Of course this would not be so easy without the "Blue Acolyte" mod.

Turns out I am softbanned. Not sure what for. So I bet invasions would be even more consistent if I wasn't.
