Сиюминутная причина заключается в том, что ультраортодоксальные партии были основными сторонниками судебного переворота, приостановленного сейчас на неопределенный срок. Они поддержат его вновь, как только возобновится соответствующая законодательная работа.
Хотя депутаты от «Еврейства Торы» и ШАС составляют менее трети правящей коалиции, тот факт, что община, слабо представленная на рынке труда и упорно отказывающаяся посылать своих сыновей и дочерей в армию, участвует в уничтожении израильской демократии, выглядит особо отталкивающим. Здесь на поверхность всплывает вторая причина, связанная с долгосрочными опасениями светских израильтян.
Сегодня ультраортодоксы составляют 13% населения страны. Но, если нынешние демографические тенденции сохранятся в течение 50 ближайших лет, ультраортодоксы вместе со своими союзниками - религиозными сионистами - станут большинством. И тогда они, как только захотят, смогут установить в Израиле теократический режим, который светское меньшинство - если оно решит остаться в стране - будет вынуждено финансировать. Марш на Бней-Брак был своего рода превентивным ударом по этой мрачной перспективе.
Никакого реального способа предотвратить такое развитие событий на горизонте не видно. Никто не планирует депортировать ультраортодоксов или лишить их права голоса. В чем же тогда смысл происходящего?
Невозможно сказать, что через 50 лет так оно и будет. За это время может произойти многое. События в мире могут привести к массовому притоку в Израиль светских репатриантов, как это было во время распада Советского Союза.
Кроме того, рождаемость ультраортодоксальной общине может снизиться, и есть некоторые признаки того, что это уже происходит. Количество ультраортодоксов, обращающихся к светскому образу жизни, может возрасти - и это тоже происходит уже сейчас. А молодые люди, оставшиеся ультраортодоксами, могут стать более либеральными, получить образование и дать его своим детям. Это позволит им выйти на рынок труда и найти хорошую работу. Как говорится, демография - это не судьба.
Государственная политика тоже должна измениться в сторону поощрения работающих родителей, стремящихся дать своим детям широкое образование. Нынешнее правительство действует в обратном направлении, и поэтому его необходимо сменить. Но и этого будет недостаточно без взаимодействия со значительной частью той общины, которая проголосовала в ноябре прошлого года за «Еврейство Торы» и ШАС. Поэтому с этими людьми тоже необходимо поддерживать диалог. «Марш гнева» в Бней-Браке - не лучший способ наладить подобный контакт.
Проблема заключается в том, что участники демонстраций против ультраортодоксов не имеют четкого представления о том, чего они хотят, - они знают только, чего они не хотят. Протестующие против судебной реформы примерно понимают, какую форму демократии они пытаются защитить.
Но те, кто выступает против ультраортодоксов, как будто надеются остановить время или хоть немного оттянуть наступление демографического переворота. Ультраортодоксы по крайней мере знают, за что борются. Они пытаются выстроить социально и финансово неустойчивую модель государственного устройства, однако именно так они представляют себе идеальное еврейское общество, пусть это и проявление мифологического сознания.
Светский Израиль забыл, за что он, собственно, борется. Но самом деле именно он создал самое успешное еврейское общество в истории. Светские израильтяне создали это государство, построили процветающую экономику и одну из самых мощных армий в мире, учредили социальные институты, обеспечивающие всеобщее здравоохранение. В довершение к этому они смогли возродить древний язык и построить на его основе современную яркую культуру.
За эти уникальные достижения нужно не только бороться - ими нужно гордиться. Они более значительны, чем успехи ультраортодоксальной общины, сумевшей возродить свое изоляционистское существование после Холокоста. Потому что чудо еврейской государственности обеспечивает устойчивое существование и светского общества, и ультраортодоксальной автономии.
В течение нескольких последних месяцев участники акций протеста смогли добиться важных успехов в борьбе против антидемократических планов правительства. Их, несомненно, ждут новые сражения. Но отстоять либеральный Израиль, сосуществующий с растущей ультраортодоксальной общиной, путем протестов не удастся. Вместо этого израильтяне должны четко определить сами для себя, что делает их самой успешной общиной в еврейской истории.

I started with Bushido,Taekwondo,Wing Chung and i say i do Kung Fu a mixture.!! If u only study one art,then u can say ???
