  • Leche Flan Ni Lola, Ube, Abokado, Champorado, Maja Blanca -- These are (Filipino) flavors filled with loving memories Chef Kimberly Camara had with her late grandmother, Corazon who as her name suggests was the "heart" of the family. Educated at the Culinary Institute of America and trained at the likes of Michelin-Star restaurant Eleven Madison Park, Chef Kim has definitely brought a wealth of experience, passion, and love to these donuts!
