GTA San Andreas: Definitive Edition [Mediatek Dimensity 1200]

Is this game playable on my phone? Nope, too many lag spikes. And no, I tested without recording and it's still the same. And if you watch carefully you'll see there's a graphical bugs on marker and water particles.
Device Xiaomi 11T (Mediatek Dimensity 1200) with High Performance mode activated.

how did u download gta sa definitive edition on your phone? I have mediatek dimensity 1300 and 12gb ram phone, I can't even install the game from the play store because its showing "Your device isn't compatible with this version"
