    If you really do, then you need to wrap your head around the fact that having abs and having a solid, indestructible midline don’t necessarily go hand in hand.

    If you want abs, change your lifestyle.

    Your abs are designed to resist movement and to transfer power between your upper and lower body.

    There is a huge gap in a lot of the midline routines being delivered to people these days, because they are missing engagement in the transverse plane.
    .
    The transverse plane is where all of the fun things happen...power generation, grappling, directional change, interesting sex positions, injury prevention...
    .
    Want abs AND killer midline strength?
    .
    Start throwing down on this routine 3 times a week...you’ll end up tossing your washing machine and using your abs to wash your clothes instead.

    1️⃣ MedBall Rollout: 3 sets of 20 reps.
    2️⃣ Plank Band Extension: 3 sets of 15 reps on each side.
    3️⃣ Plank Band Extension Rotation: 2 sets of 20 segmented reps per side.
    4️⃣ Sit Up Strikes: 3 sets of 20 reps.

    hi Trevor, just wanted to reach out and say thank you - a message i'm seeing echoed on your channel over and over again. my story isn't unique - all sorts of injuries and doctors telling me surgery was the only option. thankfully we have pages like yours, athlean x and my awesome physio in the city where i live that focus on empowering the athlete to take ownership of their body. me and most people learning about fitness tend to treat their body like a broken computer that needs to be serviced by a qualified technician and not something that we can control. your technical knowledge is top tier but i would say what's more important is the attitude you convey that others watching are surely affected by: learn, practice, be patient and hold yourself accountable. i for one went from barely being able to walk or do a push up to being stronger than ever at 34. good on you for having such a positive impact on so many people! ps this core workout was very humbling indeed!

    Bra… I think I’m in love 🤣 🤣 I wished I wudv had these videos when I was younger. I guess I’ve always had apt and after watching some of your videos and understanding more I literally fixed it within 2 days doing 12 hours of stretching. I’ve NEVER been this flexible, after spending thousands on doctors. Man you out here rlly saving lives. APPRECIATE IT!!

    Great videos, I just recently joined the burpee world was curious if you already did a video on your version of burpees? If so, where can I find the video. Keep up the great motivational, inspirational videos. Over my journey I respect and appreciate calisthenics, so much healing along the way.     Thanks Trev, great stuff as always. Are you cool with butterfly situps with a med ball between my legs and digging my heels into the ball to contract hamstrings, and NO flailing arms? I find that easy to teach. I like the addition of the strike each rep, I'll work that in.

    Serious question: can you show us what happens in normal life and the negative affect. For example, sitting in a recliner vs a couch vs a chair or. Mmm laying down reading positions if long study hours..stomach vs side vs sprawl..Your showing us the walking and hips swaying "out of healthy" was a great lesson I had never heard before. Your mechanics lessons truly help

    What's secret to core stability and functional ab strength. I got a weak pelvic floor , visible abs,yet poor bracing during squads/deads etc. I do a lot of "dead bugs"

    The muscle which goes from my belly button down to my pubic bone give a me a pot belly, and I just cannot get it flat, despite having relatively little subcutaneous fat. I've got definiton from the belly button up, but not below it. Any advice please ??

    What would happen when your have diabetes and not go to a dokter. - The sugar can't not been used as a fuel because its stays in the blood and your body is going to burn te stored fat. ?? So the body is healing its self... But when you are still eating carbs?? what happens then???

    I did this today and i barely finished every rep and set (i came pretty close) and my abs are sooo sore lmao and its the same day.. im scared to go to sleep and wake up next morning with pain from a infinity stone
