A lot of people canât find an hour in their day, theyâre too busy. Itâs not the hour they canât find, itâs the sacrifices theyâre not willing to make.
This isnât a personal challenge, or a fitness program, this is how people qualify for their time on this planet.
There are some of us that simply arenât even qualified for life.
They find an hour to scroll through social media, a few hours to sit at happy hour, to binge watch Hulu, theyâll find hours to argue with their spouse, their kids, their boss, or with random people on social media but finding an hour every day to workout is f**king impossible.
Workout for an hour, every day, thereâs no such thing as over training, and Iâm glad that I donât subscribe to that line of bullshit.
If youâre not where you want to be, thereâs no hack, app, or 7 minute program thatâs going to get you there. What gets people further in life and qualifies them for the next level in life, is putting in the grind time, busting their ass, and using every second of the 24 hour window theyâre granted.
A lot of people quickly jump into the âscienceâ about why they shouldnât train âtoo muchâ but theyâll never just push themselves to see what theyâre capable of.
I donât care what someone else says about âovertrainingâ I know what Iâm capable of & how my body adapts to whatever work is presented. The rule is consistent, in order to get to where they want to go, people have to do everything theyâve never done before.
60 days after surgery, hearing a lot of people tell me what I couldnât do, I was running a mile a day, on one cylinder.
I donât have a fancy training program, or a book that I followed. I just went out every day & did more than the day before. A lot of days it hurt, I didnât want to, and Iâd hear them all telling me I should quit, take a rest day.
A lot of people buy into that bullsh*t, and they never know what they can do because they only push to the limits of other people.
Theyâre not you, mthrfkr!!

I see plenty of people commited to the wrong things and lacking results. You can give 100% with a bad program, it won't let you progress better than giving 50% on a great program

Huh. I do mine in 5âs too. Last night I got the chain belt and managed to crank a 45 plate. Had no idea I could still do that but I try and do 25 pull-ups before every workout (every day). Edit: now I have to go for 100 a day.

Exercise 4 is impossibke for me. I just can't get my arms to touch the wall. If I try I get lower back tension and pain. Am I doing something wrong or am I not flexible enough in that position?

I'd love some more help. I can do 50. Ive been stuck at 40-50 for some time. I turn 65 in July trying to get to 65 for my 65th.
One of the many problems in our modern world is the overprotection and coddling of EVERYONE. People are quick to convince you that you are a victim and need help even when it's not warranted. I am 58 years old and have been training and lifting heavy since I was 13. Two shoulder surgeries, disc fusion and abdominal mesh. My family thought I was crazy just a couple of weeks after every surgery that I would get back at it within reason of course. Meanwhile I know people 10-20 years younger than me that can barely walk from a variety of ailments and metabolic dysfunction. I'll stop movin and groovin once they put my ashes in an urn
