but what happens if I deactivated Telemetry, I installed with Nvcleanstall to remove bloatware
It will send your diagnostic and telemetry data to Microsoft ..removing bloatware speed up your pc but again choose the right tool to do that

@@vipinnanhe2273 unfortunately the only other way I've seen that fixes this problem is a full reinstall of windows. Because I dont get this error when using my dual booted SSD, but get it on my main SSD. I believe that this occured was because I had an AMD card and forgot to fully uninstall AMD drivers before installing the nvidia driver. i've tried everything and nothing works other than a full reinstall of windows. Even using DDU uninstaller on safemode and didnt work. You can try using DDU method if you havent yet
