My friends and I actually did this in high school thanks to these commercials! We did it more than once. Any time we saw a cute guy in a parking lot at the mall or at the teen club... The guys got a laugh out if it and we got their numbers! 😂😂😂

A family I drove for had 1 in 1988. It was worth $140k USD at that time! Crazy money for that "vintage" supercar. It wasn't very quick or fast but fun to drive.
True story about this commercial: The car is a Ferrari 246 Dino, very rare and unbelievably expensive. The actress driving the car was told to drive the car for about 100 yards after the guy answers the question, but to stop it before the corners. This woman decided to drive the corners anyway, and wound up rolling the car and completely destroying it. I got this story from the director of the commercial about 20 years ago in LA.
