Hey! I am Shannon.
I am a 27-year-old SMALL town girl from Illinois. I am a hairstylist by trade and even have an applied science degree in the field. I work as an educator for Redken 5th Ave, as well as behind the chair in my small town salon. I have been doing hair for nearly 10 years, yikes!
I am also a mom and wife. I have an AMAZING husband and a 10-year-old little boy, Jackson and a new baby, Preston, born in March! We also have one in heaven and I have shared our journey with that, as well as my story of gestational trophoblastic disease (cancer from pregnancy, basically)

Yay! I was hoping for a new video soon! My little guy just turned 6 weeks. I love following along with you because we had similar births and I have a sweet easy boy as well (I’m also a hairstylist that’s how I found you)! I picked up the contigo water bottle based off of your recommendation but in the 40oz and I love it. I’d love a nighttime routine because I struggle to have a routine at night with him. I get so tired by the end of the day so it’s pretty inconsistent 😂
Aw cool we’re on the same track! We’re fairly inconsistent at night time too because I’m still trying to figure out if he benefits more from an early bedtime at like 7 or a later bedtime at like 9/10. Also experimenting with dream feed vs no dream feed. So we’re still playing around too! I will definitely do one though. Hopefully soonish 🤞🏻😬

Actually mine and Preston’s baby pictures look identical! But I don’t look anything like I did when I was a baby so most people who haven’t seen them do see his dad because of those big brown eyes! 😍 I wish I could send picture comments through CZcams to show you a few of me and Derek’s baby photos!
