Yes...replace all the bearings you can. That bearing movement is a sure problem. Lateral and axial movement is not good. I would strongly advise not putting the Chinese Polaris bearings back in. Go with a name brand bearing like SKF, NSK, Koyo, etc.
Cheaping out on these bearings will have you splitting the cases in a few years...
I did the Japanese bearing upgrade on my 2014 RZR in 2017 (All except the snorkel shaft bearing) and has been well worth the few hundred dollars spent. Look at at this way....I was 3 years in replacing bearings, you are 3 or so years in replacing bearings. With the Japanese bearings, I'm now 7 years in with no known issues.

Awesome! I did end up replacing all of the upper end bearings in part 2, which comes out tomorrow. Some of the OEM bearings are Koyo, but the two worst bearings on the idler shaft were not. I'm sure I'll be cracking open the transmission again in the future, but next time I'll know exactly what I'm going in there for, and will replace all the non-Koyos with a high quality bearing! Thanks for the comment and for watching!
