The swap meet is the Las Vegas version of a flea market. Lots of vendors selling stuff for cheap! It's a great place to do some thrifting! I'm with my friend and fellow CZcams reseller @SonnyLasVegas see what we put in the wagon on this thrift with me adventure!

I love the old furniture! Years ago, my best friend rescued an old head board and foot board and dresser that was bound for the dump, it had been painted black and looked horrible, she took it home, stripped it down to the wood and refinished it.... it was soooo beautiful that it took my breath away to look at it, she was offered 5000.00 dollars for it but she wouldn't part with it, she is still using it today!!
Oh, good lord. It was all great but Ozzie, Peanut, Noah and Rachel (love the banter) at the end was absolutely priceless!💜💜💜

Love all three of those snazzy shirts. But my fave is the peach colored striped shirt that both Ozzie and Peanut wore. They were both “rockin it! Such little cutie pies! But Noah, you looked great too! Thanks to both of you, Noah & Rachel, for sharing some fun time with your precious pups!
Fun Fact abt me... I live in Arizona and I wake up at 3am EVERY SINGLE DAY so that I can do yard work before the heat and prep dinner... and I do Love the peace and quiet coffee on my back porch!! 😌

Rachel picked out some great shirts, that is too cute on the dogs! The blue shirt is my favorite, the dog is looking like "why are they doing this?" Way to go on the frog. It is pretty fabulous.

Noah and Rachel are so loving with their pets. That says a lot about their upbringing. Snazzy's 2nd shirt is the very best. It's a draw between Ozzie and Peanut's snazzy shirts. So cute.

My understanding about copper is that it is becoming more collectible but the French Copper is what is sought after
as it is of very high quality.

I have a tiger oak buffet just like that but missing the mirror backing. My mother-in-law was an antique dealer in PA, but she passed in 2016. We have quite a few pieces that we got from her and they are very special to us. The bambi painting is beautiful!

Notifications are just never working..I reset them and they never send them to me...bleh..YT, you need to get your act together!! You just might have brass buyers if you put them on your Friday sales. On the bird cage, just clip the wires on the bottom. It said 1910 on the OZ book. What a steal with Bami painting. That was great that you had Rachel film; 1 hand good, 2 hands much better!! The small frog made the trip worth it!!
Dogs aren't sure how they feel. They look great. Shows how much you love 💕 them. My sister's dog named peanuts too and she is a chiaua. Love snazzy.

I like the furniture idea - but would like to learn from people who don't just know what is in a book - but have really gone out over the past 30-40 years or more and learned all the tricks! Like a lot of that beautiful wood grain is a paint job, or at least enhanced by stain - and has fooled experts! The pieces are old 1900s even - where there is real -somebody can imitate to perfection! But even at my age I want to learn more - and hang with like minded people to do it!

I love old furniture. That would be so interesting. There’s a YT channel called “At Restoration” and he really is an artist when it comes to refinishing furniture. He’s not in the US, but just as a side he’s very fascinating to watch what he can do with pieces that look like they should be tossed away

Poor little Ozzie doesn't like to wear shirts! I think Noah had the snazziest shirts and loved the one with the birds on it! Peanut looks good in blue. It was fun seeing how much your dogs are loved and part of the family.
oyh my gosh, I w3ent to the next block over to an alley garage sale, anad the lady there gave me a table almost exactly like that, a little less thick, but the same style, same mirror, in a darker more reddish dark brown. I got it delivered because I live two houses up, and managed to donate a bunch of art supplies for their four grand daughters, FREEEEEEEEE, i LIVE IN A HOUSE BUILT 1911, AND THE PIECE WILL LOOK SO NICE.
