I desperately miss Weatherscan. The info was spot on. No commercials. The music was almost hypnotic. I'd leave this channel on for hours...especially if I had to go out and leave my cats and dogs home. I don't like the Weather Channel. It's nowhere near as good! Bring back Weatherscan-just the way it was!

Suddenly I'm back in high school, it's mid July. A severe thunderstorm warning is in effect for my area. I spend the next 4 hours watching this channel, mostly just for the music. Thank you for bringing me back, even though I'm finding this in 2020.

I want WeatherScan back! Why did you take it off the air! Thank God someone has the music. I miss it. So many memories, each special weather situation, daily checks and vacations away from home. WeatherScan was always there, no matter where you went, it felt like home.

I here for Weatherscan. Weatherscan is my favorite channel because of relaxing music help me calm from being scared sleep alone when I was 12 year old kid way back in November 2006.

Reminds me of nights and weekends at my dad's house laying on the couch after he and my little sister were asleep. I would watch Letterman, Conan, Kilborn (delayed 30 minutes in Nashville), maybe something else, and then Weatherscan the rest of the night. The good old days in middle and high school
Definatley 54:23 get my day going and started. I drive a school bus with a bouncy spring hydrolic seat that goes up and down over the bumps and it goes with the drum beats to it when ingo over the bumps. Love it. I remember this track playing in 2004 when i was in school brings back so many memories and my bus driver was driving a bus with the same seat i have in my bus that i drive now. Lol

I miss this channel.. Ik it seems weird but a funny memory always pops into my head when I hear this. My dad used to come into the living room while I had this on and he’d dance HARDCORE to the Flutaphone song (0:00) and I’d just sit there awkwardly 😂 I miss it

This might be the track list I remember. I don't know when the current one was put into use but for a period of time, I think 2011 through 2017, I had switched to U-Verse and they don't carry weatherscan. Although before that I kind of stopped watching weatherscan
The new music was added in late 2007. Some of these songs were replaced. This was from 2006-2007 (though some songs are older).

They added the new production tracks on November 5, 2007, while removing some of the older songs from IntelliStar Verison 1 and one from 2006.
As of December 9, 2022, the Weatherscan service will be discontinued.

That December 2006 was my first time using this channel because the truth is I was really scared when I wake up in dark and deiced turning this on and listening to all of music to help me calm form scared when I was 12 year old during December 2006.
