Just got mine and set it up. Batteries are charging. Can't wait to ride. It was packaged very well. The foam was made exactly for the bike. It reminded me of a drone carrying case where the drone fits perfectly inside. I was not expecting a chain lock or air pump. Very nice that it was included along with the lock attachment for the bike. I am overly impressed with Happyrun and I haven't even rode the bike yet. It's a thing of beauty.
I rode the bike for like an hr with plenty of juice left. I hit 37mph but that was going down hill. I'm sure I would have hit 40mph downhill but I ran out of road. Up hill I hit 18pmh but it was struggling a bit. What I didn't know amd just assumed was that both batteries were being used at the same time however thats not true. There's a switch underneath the seat where you can select which battery to use. I wish it used both batteries for more power like another e-bike manufacturer and I wish they make a more powerful voltage battery like a 60v or 72v and a controller to upgrade it. Lastly, I wish there was room to add a foot peg on the right rear tire. The left side has enough space for one but not the right. Hopefully these add-ons will be implemented.

I got mine and I'm sad to hear that they said the bike doesn't go 50mph like they had originally listed, I'm now in the process of trying to return mine. Sad I paid for my bike in advance just to be told that the bike configurations have changed.
Thanks for the bike I love it. I already put 70 miles on it in 5 days lol can't understand why it rains every day since I got it 😮
