I mean he technically didn't choose to become Spiderman, and he does have the ability to change canon events. He can basically change destiny. If he didn't become spider-man, he indefinitely would have been a villain because of his uncle aaron. That's why it happens in the original miles' timeline.

But what OP fails to understand is that Anomalies create _more_ Anomalies. Which is why Miguel is hunting down the Anomalies before they can break more cannon events. Anomaly Miles created Anomaly Spot, who then goes on to create _more_ Anomalies. It's a domino effect of Anomalies creating more and more breaks in cannon.

Mayday is also an anomaly. If you think about it, If miles never got bit, This would've said a whole lot of canon events. Because Miles Morales became Spider-Man anyway Making Peter Survive the Event in Into the Spider-Verse, If miles never got bit then The World 1610 wouldn't have corrected itself, allowing Peter to live because there can't be more than 1 Spider-Man. So this proves Mayday is an anomaly as well.

it proves canon events arent real because earth-42 didnt collapse from the cnon stopping, or the miles in earth 1610’s canon was to be spider man, but because there was no radioactive spiders left in 1610 it had to take earth-42’s spider, making earth-42 miles’s canon become the prowler from finding out uncle Aaron was the prowler.
