We have camped over 20 times in our Fairbanks (original version) which has the top cowl that opens a bit like a native Indian Tipi would, bit of a faff but it’s lovely on warm evenings as it gives excellent air flow and it’s possible to see the stars through it. Little to zero condensation in sleeping area but occasionally some in the vestibule. It’s been a great tent. 20-30 minutes to put with all the guy outs done properly but if pitching in a rush due to bad weather it can be done quicker but will need adjustments later. When the tent is guyed out properly the vestibule will have bigger gap between fabric and ground for better air flow unless it’s been modified in this version.
Thanks roger, I’ve just purchased one and looking forward to getting out with it, I’m now looking for the matching chair but seem like they are only doing it in black now.
@@jamesmoloney6539 It's a Colmans chair its a bit bulky for a small tent but a table is not needed as the sitting position is great for on the lap eating. www.gelisimgunlugu.com/products/coleman-deck-chair-with-table-comfortable-outdoor-camping-chair-with-foldables-side-table-and-cup-holder-padded-seat-and-back-areas-easy-to-transport-khaki-1350694.htm?k=&gclid=Cj0KCQjwspKUBhCvARIsAB2IYut6lMoxZHJl7RW4SPwqhwx3nF0DAnQksox7RrTNXNvLMBbR911xiC4aAvPjEALw_wcB
