    Would you support looking at Vlan's as something similar to Organizational Units?

      VLANs may differ to organization units, but can be more like departments on organization

    And why can PC-A ping vlan 20 on s1? I understand that they are in the same vlan, but what does that mean and how can I figure that out or see that info?

      if they are in the same vlan (layer 2), they are also in the same network (layer 3) so ip connectivity is possible

    Why is it PC-A cannot ping vlan 10?

      You need a layer 3 device like router or layer 3 switch to connect different networks

      @@isaacgarcia8686 if you want to connect different networks (layer 3) you need a router or layer 3 switch, connections between devices on the same network will be successful
