The floor plan and the built ins are horrible very dark. The price is ridiculous. Yes I know the location but this will need to undergo more renovations!!

@@Violet-to4qq the funny thing about this comment to me is that I'm actually an NHS doctor, and often I don't know every detail of my patients' condition from memory. We do have lots of patients! I have literally said that excuse to nurses several times and to patients a few times. That's one of the reasons why we try to keep their medical notes up to date, and we upload them to computers and write discharge summaries.
But indeed, you make a good point about the estate agent. I admit I don't know very much about houses or estate agents. I would just give them the benefit of the doubt.
He looked clueless and just walks away when he hasn’t even finished answering the question.
To me it looks like a half finished office block with random splatterings of furniture.
It doesnt feel like a home at all, its like a museum.
The only thing I loved here is the pool. For me it’s just not practical, it looks like an industrial unit.

True. Cold, unfinished, bare concrete and unpainted plaster. It's just not nice. It reminds me of a new shop that's being fitted, but it's not quite finished yet with the lads still milling about inside putting the shelves up.

The only thing I liked, to be honest, was that quiet courtyard.
The smaller house was better, but I think I want more normal. Though having dogs it would be easy clean but £20,000,000!
It's great fun seeing all the wildly different kinds of homes in the world. This dwelling looks more like an office building or a museum space to me, but I do realize that to others, it's a dream home.

Tim Burtoin was a chilldhood friend. in Burbank..His dad and my dad were friends for 60 years.
Unreal to see how cool his home is now...Tim was a great kid...

Tim Burton has a very old house in my village in Oxfordshire that’s worth millions. It has life like dinosaurs in the garden 🤣. A very eccentric person 🥴 who only comes a couple of times a year.

I remember an interview with Helena Bonem Carter where she was asked about the rumour that her and Tim Burton lived in separate houses. She said it was two houses joined together into a big house. I guess this was it?
No I think that was a different house in the country. I went to school with her nephew and he had a huge party at his house in a remote area somewhere in the south and just next door was the House Helena and Tim kinda sort of shared separately ... but it was pretty far from London

The agent should have trusted the two of you to give an amazing tour! His presence did not do justice to this incredible property. You, Matt and Summer, would have done a much better job with showing this property to CZcams.

It's like a 70's office building. I bet it was 'architect designed'. Depressing.
I'd swear this was a mid 90's development. All features and finishes hark back to said decade in a good way. It's not chav developer bling like so many previous house tours. Works as one half commercial space and other more intimate residential. Pool is one huge health and safety hazard.
the pool is very safe these pools us well designed and very common nowadays there are one near my place but larger than that

They lived in Belize Park and in Mill House in the country.
hey...isn't that john hudson's old mayfair recording studios ??? some amazing albums came out of that building if i'm not mistaken...pink floyd, simply red, tina turner, kid a, dire straits...the list can go on for days. probably everyone that is watching this video has heard a song that was recorded/mixed in that building...

My guess is that they've refitted it as a house because they were struggling to get clients in to use it as an office space (which is what it really is).

I personally thought it is one of the coolest inside spaces I have ever seen - so much flexibility.

It seemed a bit harsh and cold in places due to the exposed cement walls, ceilings and floors very unusual property loved the swimming pool area not sure its me overall if I had 20m to play with!
I would live here with my 7 kids ....2 sets parents .. 2 sets of grandparents .. 3 cousins .. and 3 nephews and 2 nieces ..it’s that large .. thanks for the tour ...love from Canada

Almost relieved to hear it had a proper industrial history - and not just someone's crazy vanity project. Hope no shell casings were left hanging around. Impressive. Needs to have some commercial use if the neighbours allow.

It’s like walking around the Tate museum and I don’t mean that not in a good way, sadly; it feels Cold and a bit dead. The pool was the highlight but even then, the novelty will wear off after a few uses..

Very much a blank canvas house part one, left me cold.part two some nice design and fittings,reminded me of art deco yacht .Lot of vision required by any purchaser.would not be surprised if turned into flats

Hi love you guys lots great tour just have some constructive feedback I did like seeing both of you in it together with a camera man but felt the agent rushed you round the property and didn’t allow you to fully go into detail on each room I felt confused by the tour and a little lost it’s a huge house so that’s understandable but when it’s just you guys I feel you give more to help us visualise the layout and the property in general keep up the amazing work 😁😁
