It looks like it’s located in St Mary Cray. I’ve lived in Orpington and Bromley my whole life and can confirm that nobody wants to live in St Mary Cray despite this house being absolutely stunning and amazing price. If this was located a few miles down the road towards Bromley South this would be a £2 mill house.

I’m not a massive fan of the style of this house, but it’s clearly a house based on fun and family. The pets are adorable and that they’re clearly so loved makes me warm to the owners despite the fake grass lawn..!!
The fake lawn has got to go. That little kickabout room I'd turn into a cinema plus games room. As I love table tennis, I'd have one of those there..with some seating for gaming. Dedicated cinema rooms should only be for grand mansions. Yeah I'd place some of those Japanese massage chairs there. What I'm loving is the gym and jacuzzi section. As for the master bedroom..some doors for the ensuite..and I'd try and add a lift, perhaps a shaftless one due to elderly family members staying over. Other than that, I like how it is compact. You can get around without getting a workout. lol Oh yeah..and the price is AMAZING for a house like that anywhere in or near London.

In Los Angeles, this would be $8 million in BH or $4 million way out in the middle of nowhere. Watching from here I'm like "hell yeah, I can afford this, now how do I commute?". Damn houses are cheap in England.

That picture/tv concept is so cool. The whole house seemed very family oriented which I love when people have a big house and have kids and you can tell kids live there.
I have mixed feelings about this one. Love the layout, the size of the rooms and the tech seems good. It’s the marble flooring that gets me though 🙈 so much of it!! Would be costly to replace it all if it’s not to your taste. The fake grass as well, shame they didn’t spend a bit more to make it look more natural.

Yh I feel like the decor and colour scheme wasn't very well thought out especially the dark grey. So unfortunately it comes across as chavy and cheap

I don’t like how they’ve branded the house, the logo etc is quite distasteful, it’s so nice and modern but a bit ugly modern if you get what I mean, the tiling is kind of garish.
Youre not wrong, really needs alot of work in terms of design. Seem like they tried doing too much.

As much as I love grey, I feel like the house is too overdone with grey walls and marbles. But the price is actually worthy for the size due to the fact that it’s situated in London
Imagine spending £1.25M on a house and the only choice of view you have when you wake up is either a busy main road with constant lorries, buses and traffic or the view of your partner curling a turd out through a glass door.
The only features I like about this are the dog and cat.

This house or shall I say mansion is the best house I have ever seen in the U.K without a doubt would love to live in a house like this but I'm pretty sure loads of people can agree - So expensive ahhhhhh but definitely not a waste if I spent it on this mansion.

A really beautiful home with so many features, the indoor football seemed a little small, but it was gorgeous nevertheless. It got everything I want.
It's very tacky, perfect for a single guy who like throwing parties. Doesn't feel like a home feels more like a show room. People saying this is the best house they have seen in the UK? Then you are not looking in the right places.

I am not sure about this house. The layout is beautiful and grounds is ideal. However it just feels more like a big bachelor pad than a family home. But worth every penny it’s asking for.

The sense of space and the proportions of the rooms are really good, I don’t like the marble floors or the fake grass and I get the feeling that due to the price being very reasonable that the area isn’t the best. Apart from a few minor quibbles I’ll bet that it was a lot of work to bring the house up to that specification so respect to the guys selling!
I don't love some of the design/decor choices in this house but I do love the space and size and layout of this house! 😍

This house is worth every penny and is so interchangeable you can change the interior every 5 years with little cost.. the design is impeccable.. you can even build a container pool with spa at the back plus a mancave

There’s nothing more what I hate than fake grass in the ‘garden.’ I mean, what’s up with the trend? It’s supposed to be a garden!
It's the UK. They have a dog and obviously kids. It will mean the difference from being able to use that nice big garden every day of the year compared to a fraction of it.

Fake grass is amazing, we got it as we have kids and 2 dogs and it’s the best. It’s really thick and soft to walk on, looks like real grass, no more muddy feet, no more cutting grass, weeds etc, drains easily. Best decision we ever made.

I’ve never seen a house in England that I actually like and would live in. THIS IS THE FIRST ONE. I love how modern it is. It’s huge for the price especially in England.
Probably get it half or 3 quarter the price if you move further north of England. A tiny 2 bed house in central London or Notting Hill can cost close to or more than £1million. A large 4-5 bed, 1800's, fully furnished Victorian house in South London can be bought for around the same £1 million price tag. Check out Fairmount Road SW2 in rightmove to see the Victorian house types I'm referring to. Sadly, it's all about the houses location and the land it's on. This house is decent price for it's location. Would hate to know the price of this house if it were in Central London.

Structurally they got it spot on. I like the proportions of the house, there was this great feeling of space as the guys explored the house. The owners really went for it in terms of the interiors and putting their stamp on the space, which is brave of them. Its not my taste, I but can appreciate that this would be a great place to entertain and there is a great sense of fun about the place. Well done to the creators for doing them, 👏 there is plenty for the new owners to work with, to make this home there own, this would be a project I would love to do. Houses like this will be forever out of reach for me 😪.

This house is stunning! I live in Bromley so can’t believe the price, I’ve seen a lot smaller and less impressive for more in the area! The only thing I can think of is that this place looks like it’s in or very near St Mary Cray and if you know of that area it’s for all the wrong reasons! If this house was 8-10 miles down the road near Bromley South or Beckenham it would be closer to £2 mill!

i'm getting my house renovated and know a thing or two about current styles. that marble floor looks like a cheaper resin, the veins in marble patterns aren't supposed to be that thick, opaque or prominent, i feel like that flooring completely tarnishes every room/space it's in.
