    I've been seeing the question about the cable used in the beginning and I too came here with the same problem. I wanted to connect two fans that were plugged into the 6-port rgb hub, and then plug that hub into the JCorsair1 header. The answer is that the cable is proprietary and Corsair ONLY sells it with the Lighting Node Pro and the Commander Pro. They do NOT sell it alone. However, lots of 3rd party places do. Here is a link where you can buy it (I just bought mine there). www.ebay.com/itm/Corsair-RGB-Fan-LED-Hub-Cable-12-inch-Corsair-Style/372475062929?hash=item56b93e6a91:g:OTAAAOSwVEVb3f3H
    Again, this should only work if you have a corsair header on your mobo, otherwise you need to unfortuntely shell out for the overpriced lighting or commander pro.

      Corey Fennell nice :) Last year I ordered the 3 pack ll fan from Amazon and in march the 465x case :)
      All fans are connected to the Lighting Node Core of the case and work perfectly :) Runs perfectly with the Icue Software :)
      But maybe I will need the cable sometime anyway!

    so i going to buy the LL120 but im confused on one thing i cant afford the hub and i really want the fan specially since its a 25$ fan on amazon i was wondering if i could directly attach the rgb connector to the motherboard directly i remember seeing on the motherboard a 4 pin area near the bottom above some of the usb connectors which i just checked to make sure but im not sure if its possible because i havent seen the actually pin look of the rgb connector could you guys clarify please otherwise ill have to chip in some money sadly ;-; im so poor lol or maybe use the JCORSAIR1 connector that you used becuase i think the hub just allows you to connect more rgb fans?

    Corsair and msi go together like bread and jam. They aren't the same company but they did partner up not long ago

    Does the B550M tomahawk max wifi have that weird header on it? I couldn't find it on mine but maybe I'm just missing it.

    I have exactly this configuration but with HD120 / 140 fans. The mystic light program is not perfectly implemented so much that sometimes they conflict with the LEDs on the motherboard. The options are very few to customize these beautiful fans and when you restart the settings are not stored.
    I'm undecided whether to attach the remote control in equipment and let go of mystic light, or better to use it only for the LEDs on the card.
    If the corsair app worked via jcorsair connector without commander pro would be affixed.

      Bl4ckBoyZ Hey, im buying z370 board with jcorsair amd ll120 fans. Do you maybe know if rgb control with mystic light is also same as good as with corsair link?

    • @xXbLaCkBoYzXx
      @xXbLaCkBoYzXx Před 5 lety

      Sergio situation improved with the latest version of mystic light, some problems still persist but nothing to worry about. surely the best way to manage everything is with JRGB connectors. the problem of keeping the LEDs off even at the next PC restart persists. brightness of the fans makes you forget the problems, excellent.

    • @SergiulGaming
      @SergiulGaming Před 5 lety

      Bl4ckBoyZ Yeh those fans, rgb Ram and motherboard should be enough inside case. I think il just connect led strips but use them outside pc to light up desk. But im afraid 74 leds supported to motherboard or max 4 corsair led strips in one channel will not be enough. Im also wondering if it is possible to use other adressable led strips (the ones you buy o roll) that are mich cheaper to jrainbow slot.
