What's YOUR favorite "Two and a Half Men" running gag? Let us know in the comments!
People interrupting Charlie while being in the middle of business with women's.
Do more TAAHM lists
Charlie’s lifestyle.
Charlie being a bad uncle.
Charlie's jokes
Berta: One of the great sitcom characters. RIP Conchata Farrell
Damn I didn’t know she passed away
she was my favorite.
I ain't cleaning that up!
@@donquixote9847 she was very elderly and overweight i'm glad she survived that long
I never liked her, I thought she was always lazy and still got paid. I wish I had a boss like Charlie Harper getting away with stuff like smoking pot on the deck.
Episode: A Good Time in Central Africa (the episode when Charlie got a MUCH BETTER housekeeper because Berta was going to a family reunion.)
Another running gag is people jumping off balcony onto the beach(Rose, Charlie, Jake, Alan, Jenny, etc.).
Yes! I haven’t seen it in a long time but I remember one of my favorite scenes ever in season 1 or 2, Alan confronts Charlie about something. Charlie takes off , jumping over the balcony. And Alan after sitting for a second , chased after him 😂
Right?! That was a big gag on the show.
And Rose climbing up the deck to talk to Charlie
@@SnakeEaterGaming He slept with his attorney lmao
Word lmao
The series was never the same without Charlie Sheen.
Exactly
Yeah, Charlie Sheen worked perfectly for the series cause he was technically playing himself, an unapologetic and cynical alcoholic. As soon as he was fired from the show...for being an unapologetic and cynical alcoholic the show just went down to it's cancellation.
i will only watch the episodes with charlie, i don't have a problem with walden but they made everybody else on the show so annoying after charlie was gone, so walden wasn't the problem.
@@oliverf.68 I thought so too, but now I'm getting into the show without Charlie.
Charlie is the best
I still watch this on repeat and find it hilarious. Charlie and Alan were great together but was never the same after Charlie left
I miss this show so much RIP Berta
She was in the Oscar winning movie network.
I swear Berta must be one of the funniest sitcom characters of all time
This is my favourite TV show of all time. Can watch and re-watch it again and again. Abslotely perfect chemistry between sheen and cryer
Alan pays for dinner one time and gives Jake money to buy shoes
Jake : are you dying?
what about Charlie's local pharmacist..? "what are you a cop?"
'i was higher than mel gibson on passover' the most underated sitcom line ever
Russell he was funny he also played Vlad Masters in Danny Phantom
Hey Russell. What's good for canker sores?
You've got canker sores?
No my girlfriend. What do you recommend?
Tennis shoes.
Excuse me?
Put 'em on and run away. There's a lot of broads out there. Find a clean one.
Oh yeah right. Good one !
I just told my son about Martin Mull yesterday. He was a recurring character and he was hilarious.
6:43 “BRAAAD!” said Charlie calmly...
this is one of my favorite charlie moments.
On of the best series that ever aired, but it had a bad ending. The series should have ended at season 8, but still one of the greatest comedy shows...
Alongside married with children the best sitcom. Friends are great as a series but their humour doesn't come close to humour in the two and a half men
Similarly like game of thrones
When "Oshikuru: Demon Samurai" came on other shows, I was laughing so hard.
After Charlie left Berta was the only thing that kept me into the show, RIP Conchata Farrell
TAAHM went downhill after they they killed off Charlie. It just wasn't the same anymore.
There are only 8 seasons of this show. Anything that came after only exists in a parallel universe
They were two totally different characters. I prefer Charlie too, but Ashton Kutcher did his job. Don't be so dramatic all you people. Plus, it was only Sheen's fault if it was cut off the show. No one killed him off.
Frankly, the big problem is they were running scared at the end. Frankly, it bothers me more that the team behind the series could see Sheen was on the verge of his breakdown and decided to work around it rather than get him help. As a result, we got a terrible season where Cryer had to do all the heavy lifting. Then they drop him, and they have no idea what to do without him, so we got a Waldo who was little more than a walking plot device. Worse yet, they insisted Waldo was the new face of the series rather than a means to acquire time, so they have to make the convenient excuses they made fit in with his final, fleshed out character. All of this combined meant Cryer alone carried the series without a real partner. The team relied on crude, bottom of the barrel humor just to give Cryer something to do in this time, and they built Waldo around this garbage rather than trying to bury it.
Had they slowed down for a single moment near the end, the series could have gone strong; not as strong as it was in the beginning, but still enjoyable. Instead, they cared about money first and doing things the easy way second, so they lost everything.
9th season should've at least been the last.
@@poptalks3109 the problem was that the show never moved on from Charlie. It just became "The I hate Charlie Sheen Show", in fact, every time they mentioned Charlie, they would say things he'd do in real life, not in the show. Lorre was never able to admit that his show was good due to Charlie.
Hey. Herb was the best side character. Ryan Stiles really made the character and he's one of the funniest side characters of the show. Whenever he was on screen, his humor would always get a life. Am I wrong?
He made the character work. His mannerisms and the way he talks really made him a very big part of the show. My favorite was the episode in the hospital when Judith was giving birth and he was encountering one mishap after another
@@llydrsn My favorite would be when the whole gang ends up at Lindsey's burned down house and he stumbles by while taking out the trash for Judith. They offer him liquor and he just says "But what the hell. I didn't tell her where I was taking it." Lol
He has a way of stealing the show in whatever he is in.
@@jameshendricks8526 Anyone here still watch Whose Line? Him, Colin and Wayne are still as awesome as ever
@@kingkryptonite0 they were all great at "of the top of their head" stuff.
If only Chuck Lorre and Charlie could make amends we could get a reboot of this show with Charlie, Alan, Judith, Herb etc. However - It just wont be the same without Bertha. I still watch re - runs.
What happened to Bertha?
@@scoobygregwrx The actress playing Berta died in 2020.
@@scoobygregwrx whos bertha?
@@patdornoff9383 The maid
@@kresienm9031 Thats wildly inaccurate
Never clicked on a vid more quicker than this!!
Charlie Sheen worked perfectly as Charlie Harper cause he was technically playing himself, an unapologetic and cynical alcoholic, and then he got fired from the show precisely for being too much of an unapologetic and cynical alcoholic hahahaha.
As soon as Charlie was fired the show went on free falling faster than a skydiver with no parachute. And not even the great actor Ashton Kutcher could save the show.
12:51 This was the moment Alan Harper became Lex Luthor!
*"You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain."*
If you mistreat Alan Harper his whole life, he snaps and turns into Lex Luthor.
😂😂.. But that's the worst version of Lex Luthor I've ever seen.
@@hintaraaz4052 worse than jesse?
@@pamoweiberezi5315 I am not saying Cryer's acting was bad. He just didn't suit for the role.
Jesse was fine as Luthor, but his acting didn't match upto the role.
@@hintaraaz4052 I don't watch Supergirl but he's doing well from what I've seen,he's alot more convincing than jes--- in fact,am not even sure jesse was playing lex luthor😂
And will try to destroy the multiverse
the chemistry between the brother without a spine for everything and the brother rich living for the pleasures was the big thing for me.
RIP Conchata Ferrell. She will be missed.
Herb was always my favorite. Ryan Styles is funny as always.
Ryan was so underrated as a comedy actor. Would have love to see him in more episodes.
Charlie was one of the best things about the show! He, Alan and Jake had the perfect chemistry but Walden....nah. it was all downhill from there...
@The Ghey Mantis he's not a psychopath. He has mental health issues and shouldn't be shamed for it because he's been lying pretty low these past years and seems to be doing better and regained control.
@The Ghey Mantis psychopath is too far of a stretch though...plus you're using it incorrectly 🤷♀️🤦♀️
@The Ghey Mantis that is still not a psychopath! You're using it totally incorrect and with ignorance lol. His behaviour is not that of a psychopath by any means. I'm a therapist, so I know. With this behaviour, he's not psychotic or showing signs of psychopathy and I truly dislike when people throw that word out in ignorance making it sound derogatory. It's more likely he was just manic 🤷♀️ His symptoms would be so different if he were a psychopath.
@The Ghey Mantis and honestly your points all sound ignorant and way off based.
Two and a half men is nothing without Charlie Sheen
Its really not.
it was still fine without him
Well, technically It's one and a half men
I’m sure they had to right Jon cryers But I personally never like Jon cryer I guess he played the part for well I just reminded me of a well if you can’t say something nice don’t say it
@@Erlisch1337 Charlie sheen I actually made the show. When the kid was young he helped. Berta funny
The series of Two and Half Men is not the same without the comedy actor Charlie Sheen
This comment is one that I will agree with in my own comment.
I refuse to watch the seasons with Walden. In reality no one would have let a complete stranger stay in their recently purchased house.
@@jameshendricks8526 He helped Walden during divorce so he can make Walden feel like he owes something to him. He was almost as manipulative as Rose
@@ivanmaras6566 regardless no one in today's time would let anybody stay in their house, especially not for an extended amount of time and rent free. 2 weeks tops
@@jameshendricks8526 Exactly but they needed something to extend the show as far as possible
Charlie sheen and berta was the best actors in this show.
RIP Conchatta Farrell
And jake how u forget about jake
That man has grew on me lol
What? You don’t remember the actress’ name who played Berta lol. Jon Cryer nailed it too
Jake was the best
Jon Cryer made the show.
I fucking loved Two And A Half Men. It’s hilarious
BEst running gag should be: all the scenes that has Charlie in it!!
It would’ve been hard to script, but imagine if someone had made a mess in the final episode and Berta actually OFFERED to clean it up 😃😃
Big fan of TAHM from India. Downloaded and watched all the seasons of TAHM last year. Twice. That's how quality the show is. And Berta...she was a pivot of the show.
It was so much better when Charlie Sheen was on it 🥰
You know the series is over, right?
One of my favorites was when Charlie was at the piano singing the mother song...HYSTERICAL!
Men men men men men men
“Mennnnnnnnn”
Y'all remember when Alen did a 1 time thing with Judith and got her pregnant 😅 again
I don't think that ever got resolved, at least to my knowledge.
@@elianrodriguez7318 It didn't.
@@kirakardashian8996 A complete lost opportunity

Judith refused to acknowledge that possibility, and anyway after a few days she went back to Herb so it's also possible it was not his
Berta deserves a top 10 list for her one-liners. She delivered some of most hilarious lines throughout the series with ease.
Charlie and Steven Tyler fought each other was my favorite episode but the berta insults was what I looked forward to.
the best gags/storyline is Chealsea's gay dad. Stacey Keach and John Amos should've gotten a spin off
1 of the funniest shows I've ever seen! Good list 🤣🔥
honestly speaking the list isn’t very long. they almost repeat those gags in every episode.
they killed the show by letting Charlie sheen go
The series died the day they fired Sheen
I wished it ended when they fired Charlie. Not nearly as good and hard to watch. Was my favorite show WITH Charlie.
I missed this show. I'm not a big mojo fan, but I'll always love two and a half men
It had a magic that despite being less sophisticated on the surface than other sitcoms of the time, it was just as good.
One of my favorite lines was when Charlie gave the answer for Alan to send away Jake by,: "Leave a trail of cheeseburgers leading to the local army recruiter's Station".
When Megan Fox was cleaning windows
Herb stole every scene
the original is always the best, Charlie Sheen's the man
Charlie sheen he is the coolest and awesome actor in all the time he became famous to appears in comedy movies, series and movies animation
What? You clearly didn’t follow his epic meltdown when he was fired and the years that followed. His life was a hot mess and he was essentially banned from the industry because of his insane antics (drug abuse, multiple prostitutes, deliberate unsafe sex resulting in HIV that he passed on to others, unhinged interviews attacking colleagues, actors and anyone who didn’t think he was “winning” while spinning out of control). He was great on the show but he fell apart and essentially creatively ended it since it was never as good after he left (he caused his firing and was proud of it). So sure, if that’s what you think makes the coolest actor of all time, you do you. But you might want to raise your standards
Two and Half Men is the hilarious and funniest tv show in all the time I like the funny the coolest moments in the series
The writing was great. Best arching story line interaction Mom and boys. Holland Taylor was great. Guest stars added such depth. Berta was the jell holding them together. Shrink stories wonderful. I can watch it any time,
9:39 best moment in the history of the show.
Rip micheal Clark Duncan. You made this show work. Great recurring character.
Definitely gone too soon!!
He was really good in it but he was hardly in any episodes lol I wouldn't really consider him the reason the show was good, kind of just a cherry on top
@@Obama8mycatHQ. exactly, lol. He wasn’t even a real recurring character.
I miss the good Charlie Sheen days.
RIP Conchata Gelen Ferrell (1943-2020) lost but not forgotten.
Yeah Allen Harper is always cheap cause the poor guy is usually broke.
“Are you out of your freaking mind?!”
Charlie Sheen made me fall for this amazing series....
With all the torment Alan was given on the show it's no wonder he's the CW's Lex Luthor (Yeah, REALLY).
Okay I had to google this what the hell?? 😂 Who's decision was this
I love this show. I re-watch it as two shows the first 8 with Charlie and the final 4 with Walden. It remained funny, just a different kind of funny.
"You owe me large" lol 😆
Amen to the selections!!
At first Jake Harper was a clueless cute little boy, then he was an annoying and nasty preteen, and then he became a total moron as a teenager and young adult.
Don't get me wrong I think Angus T. Jones is a great actor I just don't like what produccion did with his character.
I agree.
That's so correct man
Every sitcom has to have one dumb main character it's practically a given by now.
Apparently he did not either, he called the show some *"choice names"* when he left after he found new religion.
He wasn’t clueless
can u do more of these two and a half men moments? i just love this show too much to let it go
One of the best series ever
Charlie being a playboy is just an honorable mention? If that's a category, it's top 3!
I was just asking about Charlie Sheen yesterday. I love this show.
Super obsessed with these videos! I always click right away. Stay safe out there everyone 🙏❤️
Mine was without a doubt Bertha's 'I ain't cleanin' that up' with a close second one Herb's being stuck in a hapless marriage and his comments about it...
Ryan Stiles brings it with a flair and his dry humor...
Love this show
That one scene when the little girl asks Jake if he wants to taste her lip gloss and all he does is wipe his finger over her lips, that may be my favorite moment in the whole series. The little girl nailed it and the look on her face was just priceless!
For me, it was Charlie Sheen who made 2 and a half men memorable and funny as hell!!!
I thought you were going to mention the Rose climbing on the stair railing joke
When Allen is involved with being test subject for money.
Rain styles is good on everything he ever played on !
Two and a Half Men: Alan saying he wants to be the bad guys.
Supergirl: You got what you wished for.
I only started watching this show in a day and already started liking it
a prime example as to why ill always love this show XD
Running gags are always the best gags.
Yes!! Finally Two and a Half men on watchmojo
If I didn't know any better, I'd swear Charlie actually got drunk before the taping of the drunk-Charlie gag. That's some awesome acting!
Rose being the accepted stalker or Allen constantly being told the get out of Charlie's house but never leaves.
That was hilarious.
Surely jumping of the balcony should be in the top 10 running gags list
The best running gag of the whole show is Berta’s “I ain’t cleaning that up”
When Alan was called a “corksoaker” in a text. Damned spell checker!
Mojo needs to make more of this.
SAY WHAT!!! All time favorite... of course the original show with Charlie Sheen.... endless comedy encore, I can watch all day everyday crack up laughing... all the cast even the guest appearances play the apart 100% I miss this show sitcom R.I.P. stage name Berta housekeeper
Best serie!
Good video. Keep it up
Not sure if a Top 10 gag but I always found it amusing how Alan was continually having to tell folks he was a doctor. Then finally there was the episode a doctor was needed and in a totally deadpan manner, Alan retorts "I'M A CHIROPRACTOR!"
Actually the fart jokes have become a staple for Chuck Lorre. Started on Roseanne, extended to Two and a Half Men, Big Bang Theory, and Mom.
Love to see the reboot
What a series
Best show ever!!!!
You forgot one where, whenever Charlie's hungover and tries to walk down the stairs on the 3rd step he suddenly feels fine but on the 4th one his hangover returns 😂
Amazing edit watchmojo 👣
Wish I was going with ya!
Knew it as soon as it came out of my mouth
Finally watchmojo a two and a half men video!
I don’t know why but the running gag with Berta kind of reminds me of that one gag from the suite life of Zack and Cody and Miriam saying I’m not cleaning that up
