SpongeBob was my childhood show when I grew up in the late 2000’s, early 2010’s as a little kid. I absolutely love it!
The best thing about this is with how long running the show is any current generation can honestly say that (though that doesnt mean it's always good obviously)

Mary Jo is just great as Mrs. Puff and it's nice that she is still performing her even after 20 years.

My younger brother and I told our mom about "MY LEG!!" for YEARS, and she didn't believe us! We finally got her to watch an older episode, and showed her that, indeed, it was real. Now, we all say "MY LEG!!" whenever we hurt ourselves, and it's awesome.
I really love the Christmas episode; not only did Squidward get humbled, but Squidward ended up playing an on-tune and nice ditty at the end.
SpongeBob actually did learn to drive, but only while blindfolded.

i miss SpongeBob and by that i mean the humour of the first 2 (or 3) seasons, not only its jokes but also physical comedy which is overexaggerated nowadays. it was so much more clever and entertaining than the newer episodes. that holds true for any media that came out around that time so i guess i mean to say i miss when people actually made funny cartoons, movies and tv shows. i miss that generation of entertainers.

I agree. The newer episodes aren't funny and the humor is forced. I won't lie, I laughed at some of the modern jokes but it's rare compared to the first few seasons, I couldn't stop laughing or was laughing a good portion of the episodes.

Are we just going to ignore the fact that the Krusty Krab gets destroyed on a regular basis? It’s no wonder Mr. Krabs is obsessed with money when he has to constantly rebuild his restaurant from the ground up. And the causes only grow in ridiculousness. I think my favorite one was when Spongebob blew up the Krusty Krab trying to clean a spot off of a plate.
I think the running ukulele music also deserves a mention.
I always use the time cards IRL! DK why, but it just works, and is pretty funny when I do.

the fact Fred's leg isn't a pile of sand at this point is a miracle of Poseidon in its own right

Planktons need to mention his college background is one of my favorite "art imitates life" gags.
I always felt like the gross-out closeups were a callback to Ren and Stimpy.

10:32 also when Plankton takes advantage of Mr. Krabs’ love of money to use “goo-goo gas” to turn Krabs into a baby when he enters a phone booth to check for loose change in order to take the key to the Krusty Krabs. (It didn’t work though, because Krabs was a little bigger than Plankton imagined)

Regarding Number 2, "Spongebob failing his boating test", there's a legit reason behind that. Spongebob tends to get nervous behind the wheel. Once a driver gets nervous behind the wheel, failure is inevitable.
Furthermore, it’s not just that SpongeBob is a terrible student-it’s that Mrs. Puff is a terrible teacher.

When Plankton is a splatter with his eyebrow, eye and mouth visible in the middle, or the Karen’s Baby episode when plankton is simply walking past saying “Karen, I-Blaat” when Karen runs him over. I also like the scene where Plankton pleads for Mr Krabs not to launch him, and Mr. Krabs says that he will go easy on him, but then stretches Plankton like a balloon. With plankton saying GAAAAA--AAAAAAAAGH!!!!!!! In excruciating pain. With his tiny tongue waving, eye stretched and rubber sound effects and then being inflated into a balloon
