This is a great addition, I love how you guys are always innovating! However, can we get a simple update to motion tracking to allow us to use animated titles like callouts that we have already created on another track? It's so frustrating when even Movavi can do this in a few clicks! Please!!! 😀
I guess you exported your video in H.265 video codec. Not every video player can play H.265 videos. I would suggest you to export your video in H.264 MP4 format. It is the most popular video format and can be played in almost all video player. You are probably asking the video embeded in the end of a video, such as 5:12 in this video. That is a CZcams feature. You can find it when you upload a video on your channel. Btw when will PowerDirector has Ai feature that otomatic making a video compilation, keeping the good part, remove the bad part, and create a greate video just with a few mouse click?
I've found that the more edits I try to make in PowerDirector the worse the playback becomes. And all the special effects stuff is impossibly hard to time right in the timeline that is always getting ruined from the ripple effect.
Hi. It's good that you're changing a lot of things in PD. But the problem is that you're going into full automation. And of course full automation is just as good, if it worked very well. For example: why aren't there any additional tools when I use background removal. I don't understand why you can't do like in Davinci, i.e. add a “brush” with which you can mark an artifact and that artifact is also automatically masked. Also in PhotoDirector, Also in PhotoDirector, I don't understand why they removed manual facial processing? For example, I want to change my skin tone, and in the past there was a brush that I could use to refine what the automation didn't do. And now only sliders and nothing can be done, if in some places or a lot or at all AI did not recognize the face, so the skin tone in this place does not change at all. And lastly, about animating videos or generating images. What is the reason why the user is immediately charged credits? And if the user is not satisfied with the result? To be honest, it is very strange when an already purchased product has additional tools for which you have to pay extra. After all, in the license was that all updates are included in the subscription. Or am I wrong? But even if I am willing to pay, I would like to pay for what I really need, not for dozens of generations, which I simply delete for the reason that these generations are of poor quality. Hopefully CyberLink will reconsider some positions. Thanks.
WORST PROGRAM! DO NOT UPDATE! Just did an update and now very time we try to export and produce a video it crashes, it won't even produce the video file PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!
Think we've worked out the problem, the system crashes if trying to export and produce a video that was edited using the program before the update was made! It doesn't crash if exporting and producing a new video that was edited AFTER the update.

I too am having issues. I've edited tons of video with no problems on the same computer for three years. Now my videos are skipping on preview and I can't sync the audio with video. I want my money back also!

Bro , After exporting video from power director the video will not play properly, only black screen showing what I do ?

Worst software ever. It wanted me to do an update of the software and now crashes everytime. They cannot fix it. Asking for a refund. Do not buy!!!!!
