    My calves have been severely tight for longer than I can remember. I have a 140 lbs pitbull who sleeps in my bed so I've always just let him sleep on top of my calves for a small amount of compression and relief how ever, this might be the first time I've had a loose calf in years. Thank you. Very loose far less chronically painful, how ever, I would still love a steam roller to run my legs over a few hundred times lol.

    • @rachelrichardsmassage9660
      @rachelrichardsmassage9660  Před 4 lety +1

      It depends on what's causing the pain, but in general, you'll want to do this self-massage a few times a week, stretch the calves and plantarfascia regularly, and try to pay attention to what might be causing the pain, so that you can modify as needed. When a condition is chronic, it takes time, care, and mindfulness to heal, but you should notice differences along the way.
