Nice work. Love the low profile wrench you used on the casters. Got to get me some of those. Nice to know I'm not the only one who gets interrupted by customers. I'm thinking about making a tee shirt that says "Please don't ask me. I don't work here. Find somebody with an orange apron."

Bro, we work for the same company. You're comparable on other grills but I have this one down to 30 mins. You are touching some leg brace nuts and bolts too much
30 minutes? Pretty impressive. I might be able to build the series 560 in 30 minutes if I rushed, but the 1050 is a little too much. Too many screws and hard-to-reach leg bracing. 16 screws to attach the bottom shelf is a little overkill, don't you think?
@assember2628 where I see I make up the difference is I put on the casters with my impact trick in just a few seconds. The other is when I build the base, I only have to impact retighten the 3 on each leg to grill. Also I put the side table on while it's upside down
